The road entrances had deep trenches. The windows on the second floor were boarded up. The outdoor entrance canopy was being upgraded. The lobby seemed nice enough. The first room had a broken bed and stained bathtub and carpets. The second room was better but smoke detector was removed and TV didn't work (was informed about this though). The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful enough when there was a computer issue preventing checkin.
The only thing decent was the beds (mattresses). The frames had broken pieces and there were no blankets. Housekeeping only left 1 set of towels and there were 2 of us. We had to clean the TV remote. The bath fill nozzle was rusted thru and the tub was horrible - caulk was moldy (plus side, water was very hot and pressure was decent). The plug for the hair dryer was broken. The furniture was broken. Heater unit, mini-frig and tv were all good. No tissues and no ice bucket. Didn't realize until we got there we paid about twice as much as it was worth.

I stayed here for one night because my apartment building has not had hot water for the entire weekend. This place provided a hot shower and a good night rest. For that I am grateful so I won’t say anything bad.
They good ppl if I have issues they give me another room especially if my son with me I like the new rooms with sliding door easier with a kid an fresh air jus wish all had fridge an microwave
Exhausted when i got in. Didn't check thoughly. In morning took pics of blood on windows walls. Boards on windows Hole-in-the-wall light switch stuck on. Did not feel safe. Got there super late wife in Cleveland Clinic. Just needed pl!ce to sleep. Bed was comfortable and new.
It's getn better staff super nice and if there's an issue there on it looks better with the new flooring but some of the rooms carpet needs to go also your cleaning lady's/guys they don't care about there jobs clearly because rooms def weren't clean stuff on tables still dirty room but when your ready get a real cleaner let me know I bet you start getn 5 stars and more business and you should do the breakfast again or least in weekends or vending machines but I'm available mornings if u need or want a new cleaner that actually knows what there doin I've worked at 3 cleaning company's and my last one I did solo and still got it done way better than the person before me jus fyi
I wish I could give 0 stars. Checking in process was easy. The gentleman that helped my boyfriend and me check in was so nice and helpful. But once we got into the room is where the stars start getting deleted from 5 to 0. We walked into the room and immediately saw a hole in the wall. Then we continued to walk into the room and saw another hole in the wall. Walked to the bed to look at the bedding, multiple burn marks in the comforter and also stains. My boyfriend and I decided to take a shower after being at the airport all morning, toilet seat disgusting, mold on the shower curtain, and also the grab bar was not screwed in properly, hanging off the wall. We grabbed the towels off the bathroom sink to shower with and the towels were wet. We asked for new sets and they only wanted to give us 1 set. When he gave us that set, those were wet as well. We went to talk to the front desk about getting a refund, we spoke to a different gentleman and he was so rude. Told us that he couldn’t refund us both nights because the room was used. Other people that checked in before us had the same problem. She said she had been switched 5/6 rooms because of the rooms being disgusting. In the end we got a full refund but I do not suggest this place.
