We stayed in this home for almost a week. It was in a good location. The home was very nice. It was clean and well stocked for our needs. The hosts communicated well through VRBO message often. Would stay again.

Great location for Cleveland trip

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood that had all the amenities that I needed. In a good location that is close to most everything in Cleveland. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Convenient location for those traveling from out of state and within Ohio. Very convenient to grocery shopping, retail, gas stations, parks & playgrounds. Home is extremely clean and well maintained. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Large yard. Home provides a nice grill, patio set & picnic table. Well equipped kitchen with healthy snacks provided - bonus ! Host responds very promptly to questions. Second time we’ve stayed at this property and plan to again !

Came for the Cowboys-Browns game.

The house was nice and clean. The host, communicated through text, and she was very helpful. She even told us about some good spots to hangout and good restaurants to eat. The house was a 15 minute drive to the stadium. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Cleveland house

Very nice house to stay in . Easy to get in and very comfortable. Seems as though some of the house is still being renovated but this does not matter at all as it’s in the basement level and you only need to go there to access the washing machine. Living areas were all clean and tidy with everything you could need.

The jacuzzi tub helps a lot to relax after exploring Cleveland. The creaky floor throughout the home creates a quant and old-feeling atmosphere even though all the fixtures seem new and top of the line. The trees surrounding the property are fantastically beautiful. It is a quiet street and a quiet house to relax in.

This was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I was visiting my family for Easter since my mom passed we try to spend hoilday together as often as our schedules will allow. This home was just what we were looking for and the area was minutes from where we needed to be. I hope its available when we return this summer. Overall our stay was a good. After several days of searching for a place to stay, as my family prepared to visit Cleveland for the first time, we came across this place. Of course like many, we turned to the reviews. There were some issues early on, but Dedra responded immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. Her communication and effort to quickly resolve issues, was comforting.The house itself felt safe and comfortable for my family. The neighborhood as well as neighbors were nice. The house was spacious. Everything was in close proximity of our destinations. Dedra was thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated.Because of the initial challenges, I can’t give a full 5 stars, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — or at any property owned by Dedra. She truly cares about her guests and it showed. If you are looking for somewhere to stay I highly recommend this place. I've never had a home owner communicate and be as helpful as Dedra.

Nice house its older so a little drafty but comfy, quite neighborhood, good communication with host, great location 10 to 15 mins to get to everywhere. Limited kitchen items so dont plan on making Thanksgiving dinner unless you bring your own pots and pans. Would be a good idea to have a pamphlet or sign with check in and out instructions so you dont have to bother the host to ask. But overall a good stay

Great stay for the value

We had a great time at this house. The owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with! The neighborhood is nice but if you drive a few blocks away it gets kind of dicey, gowever we always felt safe. A few minutes in the other direction and the neighborhood gets really nice. A beauty park isn't far away and its an easy drive into Cleveland. The house was clean and nicely decorated. There were still a few areas where they were doing small renovation projects but nothing that detracted from the house or our stay. We didn't spend much time in the house but it was very comfortable. The central air was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation 😊

The house was great! Loved the location, beds were comfortable and it was clean. Only had 1 issue and the home owner got that fixed within a few hours. Although the description says there is a hot tub there is actually just a garden tub with jets, so that was a little disappointing. The table was great for the family to sit and eat together, and the furniture was comfortable. We have no complaints. The only thing I would have found a little more helpful was a few more pots and pans, colander and more dishes. We did go and buy some styrofoam dishes so we had enough for the week. We had 5 people and there were only 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. But other than that and the dishwasher not opening the whole way there is nothing to hold anyone back from renting this house.

Nice VRBO in Cleveland Heights

Very quiet neighborhood. House furniture & decor are trendy making it cozy. Brand new charcoal grill, patio set & picnic table. Kitchen pots & pans are scarce. It does have AC but it’s a Honeywell floor AC unit in living room. This does not completely cool main level & definitely not upstairs bedrooms. There are ceiling fans but no screens in bedroom windows. Consider outdoor weather when booking if you like it cool. It suited our needs wonderfully but my adult daughters were hot at night with no upstairs AC. Will definitely book again if weather is not too warm. Upstairs has a large renovated bathroom which was very nice. Overall a 4 out of 5 rating.

An OK stay

I recently stayed at this VRBO and unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. First off, the place was pretty dirty. The bathroom, in particular, had a lot of hair everywhere. There was no place to put anything in the bathroom—no towel rack, shower caddy, or spot for toiletries. Plus, only one bedroom had a place to hang clothes. And the beds were all made incorrectly with the sheets on the wrong way. The house also had very few outlets, and most of them didn’t even have proper grounding so I could use the extension cord I always bring. To top it off, the smoke detector in the kitchen was missing its battery. And there were no dish rags or towels, so we had to make do without them. The house bordered on a bad neighborhood; we even got to see a guy peeing on the street! There are no directions for using anything, such as TV and security system. There were no tissues available, and the house felt like it was still under construction—with a hole in the bathroom wall and various unfinished spots throughout. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, however the location was geographically good; it wasn’t a long drive to get into town or elsewhere.

Old and drafty

Good location to the city, quite neighborhood, good response time to questions.The house is big but old. I was disappointed with the lack of kitchen items, the pictures shows spices and not 1 spice was available, there was no strainer or any kind of pan for the oven, dishwasher wouldn't open all the way. The house was visually neat but dirty, the refrigerator had chunks of food in it, everything was covered in some kind of greasy film like. There was garbage in the cushions of the couch and under the couch along with a lot of dirt. My wife filled the jetted-tub climbed in and then turned it on and a bunch of black crud came out and filled the tub. Gross Climate control was ridiculous the house doors were warped and very drafty it would be 68 for a while then heat to 80. thermostat was locked and didn't know about a key until the last day. The hand rail going upstairs was pulled out of the drywall by the screw anchors and just pushed back in. I would have like to seen some kind of welcome book with checkin and checkout instructions and other details like the location of the thermostat key. I wrote this review right after our stay but forgot to submit it and now a week later I got an email that the host filed a claim against our insurance for the handrail that was broke when we got there(I have pictures) and the claim was for $350.00. I'm a carpenter it would take $15 to fix. I don't recommend .

This was a perfect accommodation for our family of 6 while visiting Cleveland! Everything was beautiful! It was nice to have 3 tvs to choose from, a kitchen to cook in, enough seats at the table for all 6 of us, and even little things like games, extra toiletries, trash bags, etc. We would highly recommend for others! Owner was so helpful and quick (even late at night when we checked in) with all communication!
