Luna’s Ranch

This home has the perfect entertainment space featuring an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of room in the living and dining areas to accommodate your group.
In addition to the covered/air conditioned patio, outdoors you will find that there is also a covered patio that features a kitchenette, dining area and speakers to enjoy a fresh meal with music in the open air.
A few steps away is the fire pit where everyone can gather to roast marshmallows and look at the beautiful array of constellations and shooting stars.
These views are unlike any other, due to the simple reason that home is far from city lights, allowing for front row crystal clear views of every star scattered in the sky. It’s time to wish upon a star and have your Luna’s Ranch vacation dreams come true!

Guests have access to every area of the farm, except the living headquarters inside for staff. We also ask that guests refrain from entering in the animals’ structures unless instructed by the farm hands. Guests are allowed to bring their own motorized vehicles including but not limited to ATVs, Motor Bikes, Buggies, Kan-Am, Carts etc., it is up to the guests discretion to abide by the safety rules of their vehicles and take full responsibility for their endeavors. Please refrain from driving outside of the designated areas for the vehicles in the ranch, there are many trails and mudding spots to be explored outside of the ranch.

The ranch is a lovely place for family and friend gatherings, however, it is imperative that guests be vigilant and cautious as there can be threats imposed by wild animals, reckless activities, etc. We advise guests to *NOT* swim in the lakes, as there are many weeds and the water is not yet treated, there is also the risk of gators in the lakes. Hospitals and urgent cares are relatively far from the home, in case of emergencies urgently call 911 to dispatch help. It is the sole responsibility of the guests to take care of themselves and the property. Any and all damages and/or issues will be recorded and full responsibility will be assumed by the guest.
All events and large gatherings need to be notified prior to arrival and must be approved by host/homeowners.

POOL USE: There is no lifeguard on duty, all guests are swimming at their own risk.
NEVER leave kids unattended in the pool area.
No diving, jumping, running, or horse playing in or near the pool. No pets allowed inside of pool.
Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries obtained during their occupancy.

This neighborhood is secluded and very private. The property itself is 25 acres and all neighboring lands are spread apart quite far from one another. There are many nature trails and places to be explored outside of the farmland with many quaint restaurants and shopping areas. Main cities, deliveries/grocers, hospitals, etc are farther out so we recommend making all necessary purchases prior to arrival.

Guests will always have contact with someone when needed, for any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me here or directly at my cell. In addition, there will always be a caretaker present if additional assistance is needed.

To arrive to the farm you can use your car, to move around the farm the guest can use either their motorized vehicles, bicycles, by foot, etc.
