"We were able to check in a little early, which we appreciated. The room was a standard hotel room with a wonky sitting area that was too crowded to be comfortable. The breakfast was not great - super small area, out of food, out of coffee, crabby employees trying to get through, no seats available... We were part of a group, and others were given a room where the thermostat didn't work. The hotel knew about it when renting the room, never sent someone to fix it after being informed, and didn't compensate them for having to stay in a stuffy room all weekend. Overall, it was ok, but we'd look for a different place to stay when in Duluth."
