" The spa part of this hotel is probably their highlight and in all fairness we did not use the spa services. The hotel is very dated and can’t begin to understand how it is rated as 5 star. Lighting system in room is ridiculous. Sink is in bedroom, shower has a shade for privacy, which is zero. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean but walk through the front door knowing that everything is an up-charge. Want to use the pool, make an appointment and pay 25 euros to use it for an 1.5 hours. Use more than one coffee pod in your room, yes you are paying extra. Want ice for your room no problem, you will pay12 euros. It should be advertised as a nice hotel, it is. Just not anything close to 5 star."

"We had a great stay at the property, it was a fantastic base to explore from. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from the hosts, they gave us so much information about the surrounding area and places to visit. They were always on hand when needed. It’s a great house for a family or friends, everything you need and very clean for a great stay. We may well go back in the future. "

"The room was decent, with a large, comfortable bed and a beautiful sea view. However, I was surprised to find that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the bathroom, which meant we had to go out to a supermarket to purchase our own. Another unexpected aspect was that access to the spa facilities (pool, steam room, etc.) came at an additional cost. I’ve stayed at several spa hotels before, and this was the first time I’ve encountered a separate fee for using these amenities. Unfortunately, we also weren’t able to book a massage, as appointments were fully booked during our stay. It’s worth noting that the spa is located in a separate building, is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and requires guests to purchase swimming caps if you don’t have your own. Parking is available for €12 per night."
