"As a couple, this place was the ideal size in an area we love to visit. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It has a nice view over the large garden, in which deer can sometimes be seen!The amenities of Lyme Regis are a short drive / half hour walk down the hill."

"The property manager was so kind and really accommodated our requests to remove all fragrances and fragranced linens to support our son’s asthma triggers. We had such a great time as the location was 1 minute from everything! The place was modern, comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the baby seagull who liked to greet us early in the morning on the roof velux windows first thing in the morning. Something to expect by the seaside. "We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location "

"A last minute stay was made so comfortable in Adam’s cabin. Quite, warm, spotlessly clean in a location that made walking to see my daughter and access to the town centre so easy. Adam was very prompt in replying to questions and very accommodating when I had to change my visit at the last minute. Would stay again."
