"Staying at the Berkeley was amazing. Beautiful grounds, neat to have the Frederick suite. Almost too big for 1, but I sure felt at ease and relaxed. A much needed "me time." The gelato ice cream was a plus and everything was in walking distance: especially to the Chop House for dinner. My daughter even met me there who goes to JMU. Great getaway and close enough to JMU to see and plan events around that area. Would come back in a heartbeat ."

"We stayed in the Queen Anne room and I was a little worried because it is right by the front door. But I never heard any one coming and going. The room was large and lovely. The bed was comfy. The TV was nice and big, the bathroom was also large and roomy. We chose the Queen Anne room because it had a washer and dryer and we have been traveling for 3 weeks so it was convenient for us to catch up on laundry. The community areas were also lovely. There were a few snacks and the best gelato ice cream! We didn’t get a chance to hang outside because it rained the 2 days we were there. We walked to town and the Woodrow Wilson Presidential library. I would have loved to stay one more day. We just loved the Inn"
