We had a small staycation with friends and kids and went well. We all enjoyed the amenities, the rooms were nice and clean. Great location, right next to Wholefoods and restaurants. Pretty mediocre breakfast, thus minus one star.

Facility was clean and nice. However, it is very new and seemed kind of sterile - no artwork on walls, vinyl flooring, no extra blankets. Construction was actively on-going. Nothing around the condos in the way of food and beverage, or any retail at all, Have to drive to get to any of this.

I am a horse enthusiast and loved walking down one of the nearby streets and visiting with the many horses in the neighborhood. Coalville is pretty bland though -- there are no restaurants that I would recommend.
