"L’emplacement de l’hébergement pour profiter de la plage est excellent. Il est aussi à courte distance de marche de restaurant et cafe du village. L’endroit aurait besoin d’un peu de rénovations et d’entretiens mais le personnel est super gentil, l’endroit est calme et relaxant. Nous avons adoré nos vacances et c’est aussi un excellent endroit pour ceux et celles qui pratiquent les sports de voile."

"Perfect hotel to relax! I did slightly prefer the more “jungle” vibe from the sister hotel but it’s all matter of enjoying the moment! Great breakfast and very kind staff!! When you’re on the beach you do need to wait a while for your drinks. If they put one more waiter depending on the busyness this would really help. We had the breakfast incl option, the first night we wanted to have the buffet dinner at the hotel but the prices are crazy, especially for small kids who’re not going eat much. We therefore went in town to eat. If the dinner prices was a bit more attractive they’d lure more folks for sure. The room was great, we were in room 81, sadly on the side road which can get a bit noizy in the early evening when al the quads are passing by, luckly this doesn’t last the whole night. "

"Nice room with private pool. Sadly there was minimal customer service from the bar and restaurant staff. Breakfast very disappointing as this was only a chopped apple, pear and banana with a pice of toast. We were also told this would run until 10 30am, but when we went up at 10am it was finished. They then put together that plate after we spoke to reception. While we were eating this, the staff then came out to have their food which was a cooked egg dish and avocado with tortillas which looked a lot nicer than what we were served. Commonly the bar was unattended so difficult to get drinks as well"

"This property is really beautiful and in a great location - west end of the island that didn’t have much around in previous years. It is a bit of a walk to get into town, but there are several places close by and taxis are pretty readily available. I will say that it gets dark at night around this part of the island, so be prepared to use that phone flashlight if you plan on walking! Very safe, as is the whole island really. Great food and service. I had a huge issue with my credit and debit cards while I was on the island and ran out of cash to pay for my transfer service back to the airport. It was super stressful and though they eventually wound up allowing me to pay with my card, I used up almost a whole day trying to get cash. I cannot stress enough - bring more cash than you think you need! I felt horrible I couldn’t pay or tip in cash for the last couple days I was there, but the hotel and the driver were pretty understanding. Overall great stay! "
