This is the perfect home if you are traveling with friends, grandparents or in need of a private workspace while others are at the beach. The north end of the home features a suite with it's own outside entrance as well as a passthrough within the house. The beach is located right across the street. Walk along the sidewalk to all of Cocoa Beach downtown local favorite spots. Simply Delicious Café hosts an array of incredible pastries, Heidi's Jazz Club and so much more. The Pink House offers 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens-. Extremely spacious. The master suite features a sitting area with couch, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with washer and dryer. Walking through the interior door brings you to the main side of the home. Here you will see a kitchen, dinning room table, sleeper sofa with smart TV, full bathroom and two bedrooms featuring vanities and smart tv's.

The privacy fence in the back yard allows for the little ones to play while the adults hang out on the oversized covered patio. Your group will be the only one on the property. Flashing light crosswalk to access the beach.

The only thing I hate is we could not stay longer! Perfectly located and very clean with lots of extras to help make our short stay even better! Easy to follow instructions for traversing the property and amenities! Beach is practically across the street! We are already checking the calendar to plan a return!

Great Location for Us

We were just 1.7 miles a way from my sister who owns a condo at the diplomat. We realized we were able to walk there only the last week we were last, pretty flat in Florida. Unfortunately we didn’t have the hot tub like we thought we would. The house was very comfortable but a bit pricey.

Staying at the Pink House

This is great place for vacationing in Cocoa Beach. The house has two separate houses in one and was perfect for a stay with friends. The house was clean and each house had its own separate appliances. The only draw backs were the sheets did not stay on the mattress and the pillows were flat. But, I still give the Pink House an excellent rating.

The pink house

So many great things about our 3 week stay! My Dad stayed on the A side and I stayed with visiting guests on the B side with a second bedroom. Could use a few more handicap friendly items on A side but we made it work with a rental chair and some shower bars. Close to everything and good parking. Well stocked kitchen. Grills need upgrade.

Pink house rental

This property is exactly how it is presented online. It literally has everything needed for a wonderful vacation including all kitchen items, beds were comfortable, beach accessories included chairs, towels, beach unbrella, and boggie boards. It is only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The washer and dryer were very nice. The fenced in back yard with covered patio and table and chairs were nice for dining outdoors. The outside shower also had hot water. Would definitely recommend this property.

It was a great stay. The quick walk to the beach was awesome. We rented bikes from Cocoa Beach Surf and that is all we ever needed. We biked to the pier but spent most of our time downtown- which was easy to walk to and we met a lot of locals who were happy to share their thoughts on what to do and when. You can see the rocket launches from the beach - we managed to see two when we were there. The area was very safe and didn't find a place we didn't like. Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

Very clean and comes with most everything you will need. Easy walk to the beach and several worthy restaurants of varying price points. Feels private and is quieter than I expected. We had a great time!

The house was exactly as described. It worked perfect for us. Only complaint was the main washer didnt work so we were all washing clothes in my room and it could use some new matresses. Awesome little house. I would rent it again if we go back!!

Great experience

We had a great experience and Janice was very responsive when we reached out. The beach access point was very close to the house and just as described. The house was clean and there was a washer and dryer and plenty of space, games and activities for families. Would def stay here again. Great location.

Great place and location.

We rented this house for our family vacation. It was very clean and plenty of room for 6 of us. It was a very short walk to the beach. They had plenty of beach towels, beach wagon, and other beach accessories that we were able to use. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and coffee shops. We will stay again.
