Everything was great. I only have a suggestion about the windows curtains. Windows and slider needs non see through or a second set to close that will Let light in but give privacy. Also the key pad would stick and we needed to use alternate master key. But all good. Staff was great.

Great location, loved the updates, and was so grateful for the nice touches like beach chairs, beach/pool towels, coolers, etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Because this is not a hotel, it did not feel overcrowded at the pool and beach. We were able to enjoy the property fully. Only part of the balcony has a beach view - but it is perfect anyway!

Pros- Great location to the beach and Cape Canaveral. Condo is in slightly above average condition. Owner provides basic essentials for cooking and cleaning. Which is a plus. (The pictures of the condo look better online than the facility does in person.) It's a decent rented beach condo. Cons- -The property did have a slight mold smell. Family had allergy flare ups -The community pool is small for the size of the community.
