Condo was clean and spacious. It was very easy to get to beach and wasn’t a far walk. Was great for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful place to stay, condo was beautiful and super spacious. All staff was super kind and friendly. Check in was a breeze, everything was perfect. Pool is great, beach access was wonderful. Including chairs and beach toys was a great amenity. Would stay again!

Great location, loved the updates, and was so grateful for the nice touches like beach chairs, beach/pool towels, coolers, etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Because this is not a hotel, it did not feel overcrowded at the pool and beach. We were able to enjoy the property fully. Only part of the balcony has a beach view - but it is perfect anyway!

Everything was great. I only have a suggestion about the windows curtains. Windows and slider needs non see through or a second set to close that will Let light in but give privacy. Also the key pad would stick and we needed to use alternate master key. But all good. Staff was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandcastles. This is a good spot for a family to enjoy time at the beach. You literally walk out the door and can be on the beach in 30 seconds. The pool is heated and enjoyable for everybody. One of the things we really liked about this unit was that it was on the first floor, which made loading and unloading things very simple. Everything worked like we helped the Wood. We would definitely come back.

The people here were so friendly and helpful. It was absolutely beautiful. The only downside was the construction going on next door which did keep us from The view we were supposed to have. Other than that we had an amazing trip and they really are particular on detail as far as decorating which was marvelous things they didn't have to do. They went over and beyond. It was beautiful. My sister in law and I enjoyed our stay. The unit is spacious but outdated. We did notice a leak under the kitchen sink during our stay that had been ongoing. Maintenance responded quickly to resolve the issue. We were not expecting what we received as far as amenities and items available in the unit. The only complaint is that some of the items in the main closet had mold on them and the chair covers in the Dining Room were dirty and most of the chairs were passed their life, meaning when sitting down, you sunk in the chair. We would suggest to update and renovate the unit and make it more modern. Location is beautiful, right on the beach. The property is clean. The laundry room in the unit is a plus. We would definitely come back for another stay in the future.

Property was not properly cleaned. Previous guest belongs were in drawers, items under the bed, area was not sweep or mopped. Tried to communicate with the rental people and communication was terrible. Wanted us to communicate via email only and no responses. Left voicemails and took hours to get a response and even at that couldn’t help the situation. Would not recommend.

Beach Rental Condo

Pros- Great location to the beach and Cape Canaveral. Condo is in slightly above average condition. Owner provides basic essentials for cooking and cleaning. Which is a plus. (The pictures of the condo look better online than the facility does in person.) It's a decent rented beach condo. Cons- -The property did have a slight mold smell. Family had allergy flare ups -The community pool is small for the size of the community.
