The AO Ranch built in 2021 is nestled on 88 acres against Sheep Mountain and only about 35 minutes from the East Entrance of Yellowstone. This gorgeous home has an elaborate cabin feel. The exterior aesthetic accentuates the surrounding mountain views with the large patio area, rock work, and log beams. Winter & Spring Travel Notice: Cody offers plenty to enjoy year-round! Please note that Yellowstone's East Entrance and most park roads are closed to regular vehicle traffic from November 1, 2025 through May 1, 2026. During winter (December 15–mid-March, weather permitting), access is available only by guided snowcoach or snowmobile tours.

When you enter the home, you are greeted with an open floor plan. There is a dining area with plenty of space for six individuals. Just across the way in the spacious kitchen you can enjoy three seats at the island, and stainless-steel appliances. Out the kitchen window one has a gorgeous view of Sheep Mountain. The living area is situated so the family can not only enjoy the spectacular views but can cozy up next to the fireplace in the evening. The house is also adorned with many different animal mounts that are great conversation pieces and also add to the nature feel of the home. Down the hall you will find the master bedroom featuring a king bed, and a large, attached master bath. The master bath has a double vanity for plenty of space, a soaking tub with magnificent views, and a beautiful tile walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms in the home both have queen beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. This shared bathroom has a large vanity area, and a tub/shower combo. There is also a half bath in the hallway. Need to do some laundry while on vacation? Take full advantage of the roomy laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board and folding area. There are 5 televisions in the property: living room, bedrooms, and an outdoor patio television. The two-car garage is accessible for guest use. The AO Ranch is the perfect home away from home while visiting the Cody/Yellowstone area and looking for the rustic yet modern cabin experience.

Monthly Rental Information: For stays longer than 30 days, a completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.
