Cozy cottage- great location!

We had absolutely great time at the property that was so close to everything! We walked downtown, to the grocery store and even to Granny’s (great restaurant)! We loved our time in Cody!

Cody Family Reunion

We enjoyed our family reunion so much! It was fun to get to know cousins we’ve not seen in many many years. Stories from long ago and new friendships will always be in our hearts. The downtown farmhouse was so perfect for a relaxing environment—- clean, pretty, comfortable, — it was a great place!! We would highly recommend a stay here!

Nice vacation rental

Awesome home. My wife and I enjoyed the downstairs bedroom, however, the upstairs gets a little warm in the summer. Definitely not a deal breaker though. Easy walking to downtown town. Quite neighborhood. Even a view of the mountain pass to Yellowstone.

Beautiful and comfortable house with cozy atmosphere. Parking in front and out back. Nice backyard. Watch your head going upstairs or downstairs due to low ceiling. Within walking distance of downtown. Great service!

This house was great. It was clean and the property seems to have been recently updated. The furniture was of high quality including the beds. The linens were also of good quality and ample so that we did not have to wash them during our stay to maintain an adequate supply. The kitchen was adequately stocked including enough storage containers for food. The property managment company maintained good communication from the time of the booking until we had checked out of the property. It was unseasonably hot when we were visiting. The house dose not have central air conditioning. There were two window air conditioning units in the house (one upstairs and one downstairs) and room fans were supplied so this made it tolerable. The location is great and only a about 1/4-1/2 mile from downtown so we were able to walk to restaurants and stores. If we travel to Cody again, we would definitely stay at this house again.

Cody Wyoming

Very clean and nice home. The only real drawback is the upstairs bedroom with the king size bed requires some head ducking to maneuver around. Not something I would recommend if you are a tall individual.

Slippery shower/tub

We enjoyed our stay, the location was easy to walk to downtown and the accommodations were nice. Three things to be mindful of. Upstairs king bedroom has slanted ceilings that make getting out of bed without hitting your head difficult. Stairs are narrow, steep and with low ceilings. Lastly, the downstairs tub/shower is very slippery. It needs skid strips or rubber anti slip mat and hand rails.

If you are looking for a cozy and beautiful place to stay in Cody, this is it. A true farmhouse that has been very successfully upgraded. Very well appointed with all the amenities you will need. kitchen is fully stocked with spices and all the extra items you need to successfully cook. The owners have done a nice job of providing you everything you need to feel like it's your home. It is within blocks of the main downtown restaurants. must stay when in the area.

This place was very clean and nicely furnished. However, the description says it has a/c and it has two window units. The one downstairs is in the dining room and the one upstairs is in the bathroom. You could hang meat in the bathroom, but the bedrooms get no a/c at all. I'm sure this place is fine the other 3 seasons, but steer clear in the dog days of summer. Also the ceilings up stairs and in the staircase are very low, watch your head.

Home away from home

It was a cute farmhouse in a quiet neighborhood. It had all anyone would need to cook and most things you may forget. All newly updated! The beds were so comfortable! Conveniently located to most attractions. Would stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for giving us such a cozy home away from home!
