This charming home is located in "CDA's" historic Garden District. Trees line sidewalks, sidewalks frame the streets that lead you to through our beautiful downtown. Just a few blocks away from restaurants, shopping & fun activities - conveniences we all appreciate having close by. CDA is a "dog friendly" town, where people who pass you by, are sure to say hello.

Our city park offers multiple pickleball, tennis & basketball courts minutes from our front door. Outdoor play area for the little ones (adults too!), splash pad, picnics, dog park adjacent to Lake Coeur d'Alene with boat rentals, boat launches, eateries, live music, farmers markets and so much more!

The entire home, yard, front porch & back patio is yours to enjoy

Hop on one of the beach cruisers and head to the lake. Our home offers the perfect backyard setting for family and friends all for you to enjoy and included in the price! Additional amenities include Ice Chests, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Umbrella and much more - all to simplify your arrival.

Charming two story home, built in 1919 & updated in 2019. It maintains its authentic character with modern cozy comforts.

Upstairs Level offers Master Bedroom with King Bed, 1st Guest Room with Queen Bed, 2nd Guest Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, & Bathroom. Main level offers a charming entry, comfortable Living Room, Den with Full Size Bed Conversion, Full Size Bathroom with a Claw Foot Tub, Wonderful Kitchen, Laundry Room/Mud Room and easy access to both front porch and back patio.

Open the white picket gate and step up onto a welcoming front porch, enter through the front door to find a small foyer. Immediately on your left a stairwell leading to the 2nd floor and on your right the entrance to the living room. Across the living room down the hallway the den (optional 4th bedroom) will be on your left and up ahead around a corner on your right, a full size bath. Continuing down the hallway you will come to the kitchen which includes a large dining area. Looking out the kitchen windows you will enjoy views of the back patio. Turn to your left and enter into the adjoining laundry room with back door that opens onto the side yard.

From the front door-foyer take the stairs to the 2nd floor. Once at the top immediately at your right is the 2nd bathroom. Immediately to the right is the Master bedroom with a king size bed. At your left is the 2nd bedroom with a Queen size bed, and on your right the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds.

The entire home, both floors, have both heat and air conditioning (optional small fans are also available)

The entire property is fenced & gated for your comfort & privacy

There are three outdoor useable spaces for you to enjoy.
+The front yard which the porch looks upon with its porch swing, rocking chairs & charming bench. (Ring camera doorbell location-FYI)
+The side yard with fire pit/comfortable chairs, hammock, repurposed greenhouse - enjoy fresh herbs!
+The backyard with hot tub, beach cruisers, BBQ, 10 person tables & chairs, back parking exit & entrance, kayaks, paddle board & outdoor fun storage box.
(Ring camera & light watches over the back parking space)

On the back of the property, separated from the vacation rental by fence & gate a garage with an apartment above/owner occupied (alley side entrance for the apartment has a ring camera doorbell)

There is public transportation close by, Uber, Lyft, Taxi's as well

Depending on the season, we may reach out to set up an ideal time to service the hot tub, mow the lawn, hand watering etc.
