When you're ready to explore beyond the shoreline, Coeur d'Alene is just a short drive away. Spend your day hiking Tubbs Hill's scenic trails, biking the Centennial Trail, strolling the resort boardwalk, or enjoying downtown's shops, coffee spots, and lakeside dining. It's the perfect balance—easy access to everything, then a return to your own peaceful stretch of lake.

Back at the home, the experience shifts into something calm and connected. The open living spaces are designed for gathering—cook meals together, relax in comfortable seating, and let the lake remain the backdrop to every moment. Parking is limited to two vehicles and there is no space for boat trailers. A short stairway leads to the main entrance, and while the setting is peaceful, occasional distant freeway sounds may be heard.
