Bellerive is Coeur D’ Alene's most desirable waterfront community on the Spokane River.
This third floor condo does not have a river view but it has all the luxurious amenities you would expect, including the use of the day boat dock and the gym. This contemporary, newly furnished 2 bedroom condo will sleep 4. King bed in the master bedroom with a Casper mattress, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with a new Posturepedic mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need. The washer & dryer are located in the condo for your personnel use and convenience. The bathrooms are also supplied with toiletries, hair dryer and plush towels. Teak furniture on the balcony with a new propane grill. The living room features a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to the balcony, with black out roller shades .

Three flat screen TV's on premium cable/sports with surround sound equipped with Bluetooth and high speed internet. Fully equipped condo with 5 spa terry bathrobes, board games, books, DVD's, iron and with all the comforts of home, you won't want to leave. Minimum 3 night stay..
Located in the Riverstone Development, it's a short walk to Starbucks, movie theaters, shopping and many restaurants. Also, The 24 mile Idaho Centennial bike/walk trail is steps away. Downtown CDA is a short car 5 minute car ride away, where you will find the CDA Resort, bike/boat rentals, marina, beach, restaurants, shopping and much more. Located 3 minutes off of the I-90 FWY. Four bicycles and helmet's are also provided for your use. Two of the bikes are suitable for children.

Overnight boat slips are available for rent at the Boardwalk Marina located at the CDA resort. Day use docks at the condo on the river are complimentary.

Great property. Located near everything, Easy walk to restaurants, movie theater, trail, beach, etc. but still private and quiet right on the river. Great secure property with underground parking. Condo was super clean, comfy and attractive. Exceeded expectations with the amenities. Owners were very attentive which was appreciated even though we needed for nothing. Highly recommend,

We had a great stay. Beautiful condo that is modern and clean with lovely furnishings and everything needed for a comfortable get-away. Beautiful place on the river. Well stock with pots and pans if you want to cook. Easy access to restaurant district. Loved the 4 bikes available for exploring the city. Overall a great trip and experience.

Beautiful Riverfront Property

This is our second time here, and will not be our last. Host is very communicative, location is great and while the condo itself does not face the river, you have easy access to restaurants and a nice river boardwalk for a stroll. The unit itself is nicely furnished, very clean and super comfortable. Extra bonus of a parking garage and quick elevators Highly recommend !

Nice getaway

The condo is very nice, though we wished it had been a river view. It is right on the river, so it was great, regardless. Restaurants in the building and adjacent made breakfast convenient for my husband. It was supplied with most everything we needed (but we do bring our own bath supplies). It was perfect since it was 2 bedroom. My husband and I sleep separately because of a snoring issue.

Beautiful condo great location

The condo was immaculate and beautiful. The owners are very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location with several dinning and shopping locations within walking distance. The centennial trail is within walking distance of the condo as well. Highly recommend this property.

Birthday getaway

Beautiful facility, clean condominium, has all the needed amenities for a wonderful stay. The complex is iin a great location, great scenery. There are 2 restaurants steps away located next to the lake to allow for an exceptional view of the lake. You won’t be disappointed. Downtown is only a few minutes by car.

All the Comforts of Home

We loved our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for our wedding weekend stay. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the pictures showed a view from the balcony overlooking the water and this condo faces the street. But, otherwise, it was perfect!

Long weekrnd

We were here for a long weekend. The property is well located and within a short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit. The property was extremely clean and probably the most well kept of any Vrbo I’ve stayed at. We had a little difficulty getting in but not because of the instructions. It was more due to our very late arrival. Arriving in the day would have been easier! Beautiful condo.

Best Location in North Idaho

This was a second stay at Riverstone and we could not have been happier with our choice of this beautiful condo with a great view and quiet nights conducive to a good night's sleep. Loved our morning walks on the Centennial Trail and choices of restaurants within the Village. Close to the Interstate and downtown Coeur D Alene.

Great Vacation Condo

The condo is clean, maintained, and located in Riverstone allowing for walking to restaurants, coffee, and trails. The location is close to freeway access and central to the city. This is one of our favorite condos that we have stayed in.

Little family vacay

It was a beautiful property with a beautiful view. Walking the boardwalk right outside at sunset was my favorite part of this whole trip! Thank you for the easiness and quick response that made my vacation very relaxing.
