It comprises: - Living room with a sofa and a single bed (90x190 cm) - Kitchen - Bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) (ceiling height 1.84 m) - Shower room/WC Access to the gîte is via stairs. - Shared enclosed grounds of 2000 m² - Covered terrace of 36 m² - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Outdoor shower - Parking - Washing machine - Freezer - Microwave - Television - Wi-Fi A holiday cottage for 3 people, 200m from the beach
