Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. Room was very clean and good amenities. Breakfast was plentiful and well done - can order custom omelets as part of the buffet. The dinner restaurant was posh with fancy cuisine that could have been tastier. Would go back but would go out for dinner instead. The hotel was ver convenient and in walking distance to the University of Coimbra and other historical attractions.

The staff in the bar restaurant was incredibly nice and helpful. We enjoyed touring the gardens. The breakfast service was VERY nice - the best we have had in Portugal. The drive to the hotel was incredible. The air conditioner was barely adequate for a very warm evening.

Amazing property in an awesome side of the town. Amazing food and perfect place to relax and explore the historical side of the hotel. Definitely worth a visit when you are in Portugal.
