Tolles Haus und sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren 12 Tage in dieser schönen Villa. Der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe! Das Haus ist sehr schön, nicht luxuriös, eher Landhausstil, und sehr sauber. Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi etc. sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Strände sind in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gabriel war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte unsere Fragen jederzeit sofort beantworten. So soll es sein! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Hier sollten ggf. ein paar Neuanschaffungen getätigt werden (Töpfe, Pfannen, Kochutensilien). Insgesamt eine tolle tolle Unterkunft auch für Kinder! Danke Gabriel!

Last minute get away

Villa was clean and well equipped. Pool was a great size and garden very large. We all had a fantastic time at the villa and would recommend it to others. Supermarkets are close and beaches within 30 mins. A couple of ideas for improvement - there is standard size fridge / freezer but for 8 people this is not big enough for drinks and food so a second fridge would be a bonus. Also a cool box for trips out would be useful as we could not find any in the shops nearby and wanted to take picnics to the beach etc. the outside space is lovely but the main table only seats 6 (you can add to it with a smaller table) and there is no shade over the pool until 5pm. There is no aircon in the bedrooms and as it was very hot the week we were there they got hot and stuffy but the description does state that aircon is only in the living area and imagine it’s fine if the temperature is lower.

Alles gut. Eins der drei Badezimmer im Poolbereich (sep. Gebäude). Esstisch draussen eher für 6 Personen, mit Beistelltisch kein Problem mit 7 Personen.

Fantastic Villa perfect for family holiday

Spent 10 days with family, 5 of us all all adults. Villa has everything you would want for a excellent holiday then add to that the fantastic pool set in amazing grounds filled with various types of trees including oranges and avocados. No other orange juice will ever match up again. There are plenty loungers to enjoy the sun and a large table on veranda to enjoy family meals in the shade. Area is remote to the local town of coin but we had no issues with the slightly bumpy road. Amazing skys at night, and I loved an early morning swim just as sun is rising when day is still relatively cool. Would love to return one day.

Todo un acierto!!

Hemos pasado 10 días estupendos, disfrutando a tope de la casa. La zona exterior está muy cuidada y hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina. Como le da el sol durante todo el día, la temperatura del agua es muy agradable. Todos los días se echaban los chavales un partidito al ping-pong. La mesa del porche es grande y como hacía muy buen tiempo, pudimos desayunar y cenar todos los días fuera de la casa. La única pega, por poner algo, es que aunque el porche está techado y tiene un par de estores, da el sol durante el desayuno y se hubiera agradecido tener otro par de estores que lo evitaran. Una de las personas del grupo tiene movilidad reducida y ha podido manejarse muy bien tanto dentro como fuera de la casa. La casa estaba muy limpia y con todo el menaje que podíamos necesitar y en muy buen estado. Tan sólo nos resultaron escasos los tazones para el desayuno.. Si en un futuro repetimos zona de vacaciones, seguro que volveremos a esta casa.

the villa fulfilled all expectations. the pool area and yard were lovely. the little ants in the kitchen made a fuss at first, but then we learned to protect our bread from them. we would also have liked the air conditioning in the bedrooms, the nights were really hot.

2019 Family holiday

We stayed at Gabriel's property for 12 days. The property is brilliant. Finished to a great standard, has everything you will need for your stay. The pool is ideal for a family holiday. The property is flawless. The location means you must have a car, not a lot of options for walks at night as no street lights and if walking during the day you need to be aware there are a lot of the dogs in the area. Coin is a Spanish town not a traditional tourist resort, it has some really nice restrauants and plenty of supermarkets. It's a very welcoming and friendly town. We had a car and did a fair bit of exploring to a number of the more traditional Costa Del Sol holiday spots, which was great for us as we enjoy seeing new places, road network made this very easy. Great seeing new places but equally great going back to the villa to chill by the pool, use the outside BBQ, playing some table tennis and relax. If you want to escape from the world and chill out this villa gives you that option. The property and the grounds are very impressive. Gabriel is very helpful and responsive if you need anything. As a family we would go back we had a great holiday.

Special holiday for a special birthday.

The villa was exactly as described on the website. Everything was very clean,plenty of towels,bed linen was lovely. Beds were comfortable, the aircon worked really well (only in the lounge/kitchen). The swimming pool was spotless. There’s an outdoor barbecue area which even has it’s own sink! The veranda at the front of the villa has a table that seats 6/7 people where you can watch the moon rise. You can pick the oranges from the trees in the garden to make fresh juice whenever you want! The town of Coin is very Spanish with hardly any tourists and really comes to life after dark when everyone comes out to eat and chat. I must mention Gabriel and Yolanda who came into Coin to meet us and show us the way to the villa ( it would be a bit difficult to find otherwise). Our security deposit was transferred back into my account the morning after we returned home. This was a holiday to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our son, his partner and 3 grandchildren and everyone had a wonderful holiday.

Fabulous

Absolutely loved our stay. The Villa is spacious, well set out and fully equipped with everything you might need. It's a lovely peaceful spot and perfect for day trips to Malaga, Nerja, Frigiliana and Ronda. Gabriel was excellent - he responded to the odd text immediately and was very helpful and friendly. In fact we are very much thinking of returning next summer!

Beautiful, well equipped villa which is perfect for a group

Excellent property which provided us with all the facilities we needed and an excellent base with which to explore the area. Some of the photos on the website don’t do it justice. We were a diverse group with ages ranging from 4 to 66 and we all had a lovely relaxing holiday and because we were so comfortable in the villa we actually had a few days where we only left to pick up supplies from Coín. We all loved the pool, particularly our 4 year old, and the large open space gave us loads of room to run around, play football, etc. The built in bbq was excellent and meant we had well cooked food in the glorious sunshine. The hosts were fantastic and gave us excellent recommendations of places to eat. Would highly recommend the property and we’ve had many comments from friends about the few pictures we have put on Facebook.

La casa muy limpia, no le falta de nada, muy bien equipada y mantenida con un jardín precioso y una piscina fantástica. Gabriel, su propietario, una persona muy amable. La única pega.... no haber podido disfrutar de más días.

Lovely villa and gardens

Gabriel booked us into his villa at the last minute after we were let down by another villa. The house is very clean and very well furnished. The gardens and swimming pool are amazing. Very spacious and the location is great. In the countryside but central to everything. Gabriel is really helpful and makes sure that everything is ok during your stay. The only negative is that it would be great if there was a full oven and not just a mini one but otherwise fab property. Kids thought the pool was the best we had ever had . Thank you for rescuing our holiday from a disaster.

Excellente prestation a tous points de vue - Accueil chaleureux et gentillesse du propriétaire

Grâce à la gentillesse de son propriétaire Gabriel Escobar et de toute sa famille nous avons passé dans la villa Pereila à Coin un merveilleux séjour durant dix-huit jours. Les prestations fournies au sein de la villa sont d’une qualité maximale à tout point de vue, tant au niveau de la maison qu’à celui de la piscine et du magnifique jardin planté d’orangers, d’avocatiers, de palmiers et de lauriers roses. Par ailleurs la majesté du site alentour, le calme absolu dont on peut jouir avec l’absence de bruits parasites est également à signaler. Se réveiller le matin avec le concert du ramage des oiseaux dans le jardin et percevoir tôt le matin, plus loin dans la colline, le tintement des clochettes des chèvres en route vers leur pâturage furent un vrai bonheur. Nous accordons donc SANS RÉSERVE LA NOTE MAXIMALE et cinq étoiles à la Villa Pereila et décernons une mention particulière à son propriétaire Gabriel Escobar pour sa gentillesse, la qualité de son accueil, et les agréables surprises de fin de séjour qu’il sait dispenser lorsque les circonstances s’y prêtent. Par ailleurs outre Coin qui est une très jolie petite ville andalouse, nous invitons tous ceux qui ne connaissent pas l’Andalousie à visiter une des plus belles régions d’Espagne, riche d’une histoire passionnante et d’une culture éblouissante dont les témoignages du passé affleurent dans tous les aspects de la vie quotidienne et de sa modernité. Bon séjour à tous ceux qui nous succéderont.

A relaxing holiday in a beautiful villa

A beautiful villa, full of character, which we thoroughly enjoyed for our 2 week stay in Coin with our 5 and 7 yr old sons. The villa was clean, organised and well equipped with everything we needed - it is so well maintained we felt like we had gone from home to home and settled in instantly. We found everything to be as described and even better than the pictures. Gabriel was very welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed. Our sons fell in love with the villa instantly, especially when Gabriel showed them to a bedroom perfect for the both of them, and it even had a stash of toys in one corner. We all enjoyed the good sized pool, the football set up and the table tennis. The temperature was well over 30C for most of our stay, but the inside of the villa remained comfortably cool, with the AC available to us when required. The location was ideal for us, with its country setting, local conveniences (including choice of 3 supermakets just a quick drive away), and ideal for touring the southern coast of Spain with a car. Our favourite family outing at Barranco Blanco was only a few minutes drive from the Villa. We would definitely recommend Villa Pereila and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Idéal pour le farniente, la famille, le repos

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine sous le soleil chaud de l'Andalousie L'accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire ont été top. La maison est synpathique, agréable et bien équipée. L'exterieur est parfaitement aménagée avec le jardin d'orangers où vous pouvez tous les matin aller cueillir vos oranges et vous faire un jus pur nature. Il y a une piscine de très bonne taille, un terrain de foot avec des cages idéal pour les jeunes enfants tout commr le ping pong. Le coin est très calme et reposant. S'il devait y avoir qu'un point d'amélioration, il résiderait dans l'absence de matériel d'eau: ballon, frites, matelas qui seraient pleinement adapté au côté ludique d'une piscine. Mise à part celà, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés! Vacances réussies garanties.
