"The location of this property cannot be beat, nor the views. You are right on the water and can directly access the lake from the private deck. Whether you’re in the main living area or the master bedroom, you catch yourself just staring at the lake and it’s captivating beauty. You have everything you need whether you want to cook or dine out. The village is also very charming. We only wish it didn’t rain the entire time we were there. However, there is no more beautiful spot to watch the rain fall on the lake and the clouds cling to the mountain faces across the lake. We felt incredibly tranquil there. We absolutely recommend and would love to return. 10/10."

"A really excellent house in a fantastic location. The accommodation was perfect for us and included everything we needed for our comfort. And provided us with an incredible view on all sides. It was great to explore Lake Annecy from Dossard which provided a relaxed base for us to plan our adventures. Our host gave really clear info, was on hand for anything we needed and the property was exactly as advertised "

"Great host. Cute apartment with easy and close access to the lake and dock. We enjoyed the bike path that runs behind the unit. "

"We thought this appartment was in a great location, easy safe parking, lift to make a 1st floor appartment user friendly. I read comments about road noise before we went and yes there is road noise because you are so close to the lake and that is where people drive. It`s well worth the small inconvenience. The veiw from the room is spectacular. We took our dog and the place was ideal. It is really busy closer to Annecy but Duingit is less so and a great place to base yourself when exploring the around the lake. You have everything you need to hand and although not pristine it`s good enough for the money."

"Great location, beautiful garden. A short walk to the lake. We enjoyed a lovely but challenging walk in the mountains direct from Cozy Cocoon. Celine was really helpful and answered all our questions. "
