Colchester Lake Getaway!
Situated right above Lake Champlain, this cozy two bedroom showcases beautiful lake views, an electric fireplace, and outside sitting area. The beach access is just down the stairs where you can enjoy the sandy beach and fun beach toys.
Located just outside of Burlington with a 10-15 minutes to drive to restaurants, nightlife and activities making it a great spot to stay if you're looking for a night out or relaxing beachfront stay in.
Guests will have access to the whole house, parking lot, yard and beach. The stairs down to the beach are to the left of the house and are shared with the neighbors.
This space has an open living room, kitchen and dining area with both bedroom and the bathroom located upstairs. Downstairs you will find a walkout basement that leads to a beautiful sitting area/picnic table over looking the lake. Downstairs you will also find the washer and dryer.
But just a call or message away!
Conveniently located off East Lakeshore Drive. Beach front neighborhood, with a busy community in the summer months. Many friendly people, and places to visit! Bayside park is across the road- large playground, minutes to Burlington's local eatery. Marina access just down the road
There is Uber and Lyft, plus our local bus transport.

The house was right on the Lake and just perfect for a quick week getaway. The house was spotless and had all the amenities you could need. It was a great location for hiking and if the weather was warm boating &swimming

Perfect Blue bay view and lovely home
Short weekend visit for our college kid and it was perfect and convenient to Burlington for 4 of us and our dog We were hoping to use the paddle boards and kayaks but didn’t get a chance to use them. Next time! It was clean, beautifully updated and amazing lake view

Birthday getaway
Came to Burlington for two nights to celebrate our UVM student’s birthday. The young adults loved the stand up paddle boarding and swimming. I loved the cleanliness and convenience (everything we needed!) Loved the fluffy bath towels and beach towels that were provided. We didn’t cook but appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped. The road next to the house is busy, but the view of the lake is spectacular!

Beds are so tight you could not walk around especially the master. Window in Master re -seated after in blew in during the wind. Couch was filthy after lifting up the cushions. Definitely not a premium property.
