Staff was friendly and helpful with a smooth check in and restaurant suggestions. We didn't use the pool but it was a nice surprise. Breakfast was served daily and very good! Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

This was a very clean, quiet hotel. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The continental breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay here next time we're in town.

So much was great, the people, the room, the exercise room, and perfect breakfast. The bed was ok, seemed not to be flat and caused a feeling of leaning downhill. The cable was non functional in our room but sounded like they were actively working on it. Overall a good experience and they try hard.

Very quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful. They have a nice breakfast buffet and have someone who will fix you an omelette to your specifications. Great value and good option for persons attending WSU games in Pullman who don’t want to make the long drive home in the evening.
