Borgo Santinovo is a nice holiday home with pool. The vacation home has been designed with a total of 12 independent apartments. The property can accommodate up to 42 people comfortably in 22 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms. Conveniently located 6 km (4 mi) from Colle Di Val D'elsa, Italy in the tourist area "San Gimignano And Surroundings" and only 26 km (16 mi) from San Gimignano.


The farmhouse dining room can seat about 45 people comfortably (a maximum of 50 can be accommodated, but obviously space will be tighter). It is equipped with a kitchen and a small bathroom. It is used for dinners and breakfasts and is generally for the exclusive use of the property.
However, in the case of groups renting all 12 flats, it is possible for them to rent it at an extra cost to be paid on the spot ( on request) + € 1000.00 cash deposit to be paid on arrival. In the event of damage to the lounge, furniture, kitchen equipment or bathroom, the full amount will be retained.

Upon arrival you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of sightseeing. Outside you will also find a barbecue grill and patio. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit property where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Casa Fienile is a three-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can sleep up to six guests.
