"Fantastic. Clearly this the the most modern and luxurious hotel in San Remo about 50 years ago. since then it has been well maintained, but not really modernised much. The food was fab, the pool great and the pool side bar/restaurant top class. Really top class, but a bit old fashioned - which is fine if you don't want the latest guff. "
"We loved our stay in Menton. The garden at the property was wonderful, the staff was so friendly, the view was astonishing. We walked about half a mile from the train station and it’s very conveniently located. "

You can get a taxi quickly from the front and go anywhere, but really you can walk the whole city.
This is the only property with a private beach and that alone is worth it to be honest. The staff and service was amazing and the hotel itself is gorgeous. Highly recommend paying extra for a sea view, it was worth it watching all the yachts coming in and out of the harbor.
Overall 10/10 will come back again."
