The spa closed at 5 when the website showed 10pm. Rooms were okay, the kitchenette is right beside the bed, making the room feel a little claustrophobic. Amenities like the pool and hot tub were fine. Staff were very nice however, they did their best to accommodate to our needs.

The room had no air conditioning it was on a wall and did not do anything except blow air. The room was handicapped and we didn’t ask for that as we didn’t have any storage in the bathroom. It also was taking away from anyone who did need an accessible room. The tiles in the bathroom were wobbly and coming apart on the floor. At the front desk they said here is a card you can send an email to voice your concerns. The room was $250.00 and was not worth it at all. We also had a couple beside us that kept on fighting with each other. Not my concern but very disturbing to listen to when you are trying to fro relax.

Property is beautiful. The views from the rooftop terrace are spectacular. Bed was very comfortable. The pool is open until 11pm ,great for a night swim. Having a kitchenette in the room was a great money saver for meals

My husband & I stayed here for a couple of days, planned on doing a lot of cycling. The location is perfect for that as it is very close to the main rail trails. It isn't far from downtown Collingwood or Blue Mountain, and not a bad drive over to Thornbury, Meaford or in the other direction to Wasaga. Our room was 2 queen beds and had a little kitchenette (with a small stovetop), they provide all cutlery, cooking vessels etc. The room itself was more spacious than expected and it was clean. We did not use the main family pool, it was usually busy, the 1 strange thing was that to use the adult only pool you had to walk 1km or so to the golf course and register to use the outdoor 'adult only' pool, it was not on the main premises. The staff were efficient, courteous. The security was good, we locked our bikes to our car overnight with no issue, but they do allow you to bring them to your room if you prefer. There is a restaurant on the premises which we did not try, we walked across the street to the Thai restaurant & really enjoyed our meal there, we both felt it was authentic and delicious. Restaurant staff/owners were very welcoming and helpful. We cycled from the resort to Meaford and back, the trails are well maintained, there is a maintenance station on one length of this trail if needed. Stopping in Thornbury we liked more than Meaford, but Meaford has a beautiful waterfront/marina. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would go back to this resort.

Couldn’t get access to our room until after 4 pm which is listed as check in time. Couldn’t use the pool because there is a ten person limit even though there are hundreds of guests and they suggest they are a spa type retreat. Had to walk quite a distance and use stairs to get to our room overlooking the parking lot. We have a nice home and didn’t need to come here. They need to give us a reason to spend money to stay there. The food at the restaurant was good though. We would not recommend it for the money and will not stay there again.
