4SOM23 - Collioure - T2 - Résidence Soleil Marin (with elevator) - approximately 900m from the beach and 1.2km from the town center. WIFI connection.
Spacious T2 of approximately 45 m2 with a large terrace, small sea view, equipped to accommodate 4 people including a main room with two sofa beds (140 cm bed), separate equipped kitchen: microwave, washing machine, electric stove, oven , top refrigerator and 4-drawer freezer, wifi, television, bathroom, separate toilet. Bedroom for 2 people.
Free parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).

Très bel emplacement pour visiter Collioure (proche du centre et légèrement en retrait pour être au calme. Nous avons bénéficié d'un super accueil, convivial et efficace. Encore merci.
