Well located hotel across from the east entrance of the Messe. Our large room was well appointed, bed comfortable, WIFI great. Air conditioning was hopeless,even after a valve was replaced we has a downstairs sitting area and upstairs bedroom, Each had its own unit that we ran at 18c for the total of our stay., we had to sleep without any covering as too hot. Hotel is super expensive druing the trade shows. A selection of restuarants are within a 10 minute walk as is the train station, a tram runs outside the hotel. Downstairs is return for Alamo, Enterprise National car rentals which is very convenient.

dont trust them, dont believe them, everything in written or you might end up with a bill and a cover up. I will file an official complaint as thats my only option.

I booked into this hotel simply because it was graded as giving its Expedia Guests VIP access and special offers such a free upgrade to next room level and other special offers for Expedia Gold Status Guests .. At check in , One could only describle the check in as very cold ! Hardly a smile , no eye contact - no mention of Expedia VIP access and any special offers related to that .. Expedia was not mentioned . No mention of breakfast or any other dining options within the hotel . I have booked many hotel bookings through expedia over several years ..It felt at reception that i was not welcomed at this hotel ... No problem i will use another hotel next time ...

Leider wurde am vorletzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes das Zimmer nicht mehr aufgeräumt und keine frischen Handtücher aufgehängt. Meiner Frau wurde ein zugesagter Bademantel nicht gebracht und trotz einem „Bitte nicht stören Schild“ an der Tür, stürmte eine Reinigungskraft in das Zimmer (so etwas geht gar nicht - NIEMALS!). Wir werden dort nicht mehr hingehen.
