I loved the location close to the E-Werk venue. The hotel was safe and very clean which are very important. My German isn’t very good and the staff was polite and patient with me. The lobby, gathering areas, rooms, and property are attractive. My only complaint, and not a big deal, was the food options in the evening down at the bar were limited.

Beautifully located to visit events in E-Werk or Palladium. Lobby has a nice open space concept. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are quiet. Good transport connection and restaurants nearby.

Hotel was clean and modern, and staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for an event at the Palladium, and the hotel is only a few minutes on foot from that location. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is really comfortable. I like Moxy very much and I try to stay at one whenever I can. The stuff at Moxy Cologne has been superb! Very friendly and helpful. However, I find the breakfast very poor for the price. Also, the fitness area is not as well equipped as other Moxy’s. That’s a pity.
