Fantastic hotel - great location in walkable distance from everything we needed to enjoy a weekend in Cologne. The hotel was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here over New Year. The hotel is towards the edge of Cologne, very close to the chocolate museum, but walkable into the centre. Thought we had booked breakfast, but obviously hadn't; was given the option to purchase but at 25euros pp we decided against it! They do have a self service area with snacks and drinks which is convenient (although we used the garage shop next door instead as cheaper). The room was as expected with a mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very comfy and the curtains kept the light out well. We were checking out on NY Day and so check out was delayed until 1pm which was a nice touch.

Really decent hotel, had absolutely no issues here and it's right next to the chocolate museum. Little walk to the cathedral/main restaurant area. If you have the window open you can hear road traffic, but very soundproofed with the windows closed and generally comfortable.

Good stay

The Lindt chocolate factory is just in front on the hotel. All is walking distance by the river. The bed is comfortable. Room is clean. If you don’t drink water with gas then try to ask if u could change it, i didn’t have time to do it.

This hotel was relaxing elegant, and functional to my needs. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the man who seemed to be in charge of it when I was there was super! The front desk staff was very helpful!My superstar when I stayed was Julia Leonhardt. She was friendly,attentive, and quick to help resolve any issues.I look forward to my return. Great Staff!!

Conveninent Hotel in Koln

Everything went perfect with NH Koln. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from the central station, very pleasant walk full of restaurant and nice pub. The room is spacious with very comfortable bed with quality linen. The bathroom is a bit old, and need a bit of maintenance, but this doesn't affect the total value of the hotel that is definetely very good.

A very comfortable stay for my daughter and I in Cologne. Our room was large and quiet. Comfy beds and pillows. Roomy bathroom and nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee. Nice green touch to offer a drink for no servicing. Very friendly staff. Nice touch to send up a birthday cake.

Excellent services from hotel staff especially Alex, he was exceptional nice, polite and very friendly. We had a little issue with the room central heating unit and he promptly provided us with 2 portable heater to keep us comfortable at night. In addition, the bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the service were very good.

Really clean hotel, opposite Chocolate Museum and about a 20 minute walk into the centre. Our room overlooked the courtyard which was a little noisy one night but it was all quiet from about 11pm.

Really enjoyed this property, was an easy walk to many of Cologne’s landmarks, shopping and restaurants. My one complaint would be with the pillows, which were terrible, flat and no support might as well have not had one. Would we stay again, only if they get better pillows or at least ones that are not ready for the trash can

Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice free drink for not having room cleaned idea. Easy to access 3 of the Christmas markets and public transport. Room 102 was a little noisy. It also lacked a bath and I had booked a room that had a bath listed.
