Charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath cottage, dog friendly, AC, WiFi, 1 block to beach

  • Located on the Point, and right where you want to be. Take a seat on the porch rockers and enjoy your beach views. It's a 1 block walk to the beach, and 3 blocks to restaurants, brew pubs, shops, marinas, and even a tiki-bar. Time to start enjoying.

    House is originally from 1910 but was renovated in 2019, and finished up in 2024. We are ready to welcome you to our our golf cart community with both historic charm and modern amenities. A lovely cottage to relax and unwind, an excellent choice for your getaway.

    2 ground floor bedrooms, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Both bathrooms are on the ground floor. Large kitchen, with a table for 6. Double oven and plenty of kitchen tools if you like to cook.
