had a few minor issues such as staff accidentally keying into our room once without knocking (we were right next to the staff laundry room, so understandable mistake). facilities and breakfast offerings were pretty minimal, but overall it was a positive experience. the room and halls were very clean, rates were cheap, room included a full kitchenette, and the location was great. staff were also very polite and helpful, and allowed us to check in 2 hours early

I've stayed here before and liked the property. It's very convenient, right off of I25, and it's in a quiet little alcove that seems very clean and safe. I didn't care for their "breakfast" options and would have preferred to cook in my room.

Property has easy access from I-25 and northwest Colorado Springs area. It is located close to hiking trail. We appreciate that our room was quiet and clean. Front stuff was also very helpful.

After 12 hours of driving, it is a nice place to take a shower, relax, and spend the night. The room even had a small kitchen, perfect for anyone staying for a longer period of time. Oscar attended us at the front desk during check in and he was wonderful, giving us all the information we needed and even joking with us, which helped us get distracted from the long trip we had had and the one that still awaited the next day.

I checked in for 2 days for work. My refrigerator didn’t work which I realized the first morning I woke up which ruined all my food. And then I tried to watch TV before I went to work and the cable was out. Called front desk when I got off work and all that was offered was no cable and they could bring in a new fridge. My food was already ruined and I just worked 13 hours, I don’t want to wait for someone to replace a fridge- I just want to relax! Will never stay there again!

Well I used expedia as I always have for the best price. Many many friends recommend it and I loved it. Sunday the 3rd sept I went on line and the price they billed me was $145.00. 4 night stay -- pleasing

Our visit was overall satisfying. The good-- The hotel was clean and welcoming, Oscar who checked us in was very sweet. Our room was clean, the heat and a/c worked beautifully, water pressure was good, and the hot water was fantastic! Using our room keys we were able to get in side doors so we didn't need to enter and exit the front doors everytime. The bad, but not terrible-- Housekeeping is only bi wrekly or upon request. If you want to use the stove top or utensils you need to get them from the front desk. Our shower curtain was stained yellow. The bed was a little to firm for my liking. Grab and go breakfast was just that and goes fast so getting there early is your best bet. Overall great stay, great price,and would 100% stay again.

Our room smelled disgusting the entire time we were there. We asked for air dragnet and they gave us a bottle of Fabreeze and we used almost the entire bottle and it still smelled horrible. When we got into our room, the refrigerator was defrosting and smelled horrendous. They did swap it out for another right away. When we went to check in we were told there were no king beds which is what we reserved and then they finally said okay we could get one but would have to wait. We will never stay there again.

My stay was terrible never again my car alarm wouldn't stop going off and I was o. The phone with the auto store getting instructions on how to disable the horn and I hear a bang on my window it was the hotel staff asking me who I was like she didn't remember she checked me into my room and then said is this your car I said yes and my husband proceeded to show her his driver's license and the registration and she went to the back of my car and said we had no plates when we do they are in the window and she snatched the registration from his and and took pictures of it and my plates as I told her no and then she said im getting calls you two are breaking into this car and stealing it once again. I told her you just seen all of our proof and you know I've been here for two days and I just left the front desk from asking for help with my car but now im stealing it not to mention the room smelled like smoke the sheets smelled they wouldn't change rooms or sheets and said no we could not get a refund along with old dry piss running down the toilet and side of the tub in the room you can smell people who are smoking in their room by the smoke coming under the door the vending took my money dog piss along the entire sidewalk and the property was sick disgusting and I can't believe this I'll never stay here again in my life I'll sleep in my car before I accept a free night from this place

check in person was barely friendly, bathroom countertop not clean, parking lot was full with smoking people but at least they didn’t smoke inside. Windows were thin and we could here all the traffic on I-25. Kitchen had Nothing!!! no coffeemaker, no cups, no cutlery. This hotel was the closest to the animal clinic where are dog got surgery.
