Great house for big groups!

There is a great house for a big group of adults that donā€™t want to share beds. Lots of space and the hot tub is a bonus! The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend.

This is a great place to stay if you have a large group! We had plenty of space, hot water (even for 12 girls), and easy access to all the things we wanted to do. We all felt safe at this location and host was very responsive to our concerns.

Amazing!

I run a team of roofing inspectors/sales team in Missouri and we went on a team building trip to Colorado. The property was exactly as advertised and exceeded expectations. Communication was great and this place served as a perfect base camp for our expeditions. I would definitely stay again.

This property was absolutely fantastic! It was everything thatā€™s described and more. It was incredibly well maintained, very clean, and comfortable for our large group. It was a very convenient location. Itā€™s close to parks and trails, the Cheyenne mountain zoo, seven falls, and so much more. Clean and spacious home

Comfortable, had all the amenities listed. Perfect for a large family to stay at. Prime location and was close to lots of things in Colorado Springs. Backyard lawn was everyoneā€™s favorite ( esp the kids) hangout. They played games and fun activities most of the day on our entire stay. Weā€™re all very pleased and would definitely stay there again!

Great place for the family!

We stayed here to attend graduation at Colorado College. Extended family in attendance so plenty of space for everyone to have their own room, which was fantastic. Big bathrooms, lots of space. Very clean. Great outdoor space (we did not use the hot tub) and appreciated having a grill there. Very good communication with the owner; quick to respond and answer questions, and help with any issues. Great location. We were close to downtown and CC and Broadmoor. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Would recommend!

Colorado Springs

We had a great time going to Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, & Garden of the Gods while we were in the area. It was great to come back to a home away from home & have a little quiet time with no close neighbors but still close enough to places we wanted to go. We took the opportunity to grill outside & used the fire pit. Enough room to spread out at night so everyone could get a good nights sleep. Thank-You again.

Beautiful Christmas

We had the most incredible Christmas in this house. This beautiful home was perfect for our whole crew during the holiday week. We have two younger children and two grown children and this home gave us all the perfect space to be comfortable and have separated space to ourselves. With a double owner suite as well as living space on every level it was so much house for the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in the gorgeous mountain area with spectacular views! I recommend this house and host to anyone who wants to have a lovely time in Colorado Springs.

A perfect base to explore Colorado Springs

This is a brand new house. It's spacious and well-equipped with high chair and portacrib. Small herd of deer share the yard! Nice view to the east. We had 12 in the house as it turned out. Beds very comfy. Second floor master suite is huge. Additional master on first. Owner was very responsive.

Colorado Wedding

We traveled to Colorado for our daughterā€™s wedding. We needed a place large enough for our family and fairly close to the venue. This home is stunning, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Plenty of room for all of us which made the wedding day morning easy for us all to get ready and out the door. Check in was seemless and the host was readily available for any questions throughout our stay. My only regret is that we didnā€™t plan our trip to stay a little longer and enjoy more time being there.

The house is perfect for family. The proximity to the zoo, Garden of the Gods, Manitou springs could not be more perfect. The view from the backyard at night is amazing and the yard is large (artificial turf) so the kids LOVED it. There is not a large dinner table but the island seats at least 6 people to 8 people. We spent alot of time outside. There is wildlife in the area. The home has several cameras outside which appear periodically checked as the owner noticed the kids had "written" on the back patio, but it was sidewalk chalk so no harm. The owner was nice to warn us of the wildlife some of which could be dangerous. It was appreciated. I would highly recommend this house. It was very clean and beautiful.

The house was amazing! It had everything. Everything was easy to find and very organized and very clean. The showers were stocked with shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, even separate dark makeup towels to take your make-up off with. Very conveniently located to lots of things. We even got to sit out and watch some deers playing in the front yard on our last night there. Trust me you wont be disappointed. We were very impressed.

Exceeded Expectations

This beautiful, spacious new home is perfect for large families or multiple travelers. It was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to experience. The huge master bedroom offered views of the sun rising over the mountains and mule deer meandering through the yard. Our host went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Communication could not have been better. We will definitely be back to enjoy the mountain views and first class comfort. Our only regret is that we cannot give a higher rating than five stars.

Gorgeous Home with Amazing View!

We had an amazing experience staying at this property in Colorado Springs! The location is absolutely perfect ā€” close to everything you need but tucked away in a peaceful and scenic spot. The home itself is stunning: beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean. Communication with the owners was excellent. One of the standout features of this property is the view from the second floor master bedroom ā€” itā€™s simply breathtaking, especially at night when you can lie in bed and see the twinkling lights of the city sprawled out below. The property is well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the comfy blankets in the basket in the front room, to the coffee provided, to the black make-up towels, and the well stocked kitchen, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting Colorado Springs ā€” it is literally minutes from EVERYTHING. I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house had plenty of room for 8 adults and an almost one year old to spread out. The kitchen/living room were a favorite spot to hang out, play games and eat together. The location was close to most of the tourist activities we wanted to do throughout the week. We were able to easily park 3 vehicles in the driveway.
