Guests love Native Colorado! As owners, we will be available during the holidays! You can count on us for your vacation stay to run smoothly.

We have:

AIR CONDITIONING for the warmer summer season.
GAS FIREPLACE for cozy fall nights, and the "let's settle-in" soft winter snow. (Of course we also have excellent heat from our furnace as well.)

FAST, reliable Wi-Fi for remote working, and great work spaces for zoom meetings. Plan a stay-cation! We offer great deals for monthly -or longer stays!

The very best CLEAN TEAM. We, the owners, personally clean this home after every stay. And we hire only the best - our family to help us with the details. This is our only short-term rental property. We own it, manage it, clean it, landscape it, talk personally to all guests, and put our heart into it.

MOUNTAIN VIEWS - Step right outside and you will see Pikes Peak towering over our street! Many guests love our PORCH SWING for the calm, serene, morning coffee moments.

OVER-SIZED DRIVEWAY PARKING and GARAGE - easily park your trailer or RV in the driveway and off the street.

Our guests all say that this home is WELL-ORGANIZED. We strive to keep things simplified, and provide everything you need to feel right at home.

We have 2 TV's with STREAMING SERVICES like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Our PRIVATE BACKYARD OUTDOOR SPACE is the best. We have a GAS FIREPIT, GAS GRILL, AL FRESCO KITCHEN, HOT TUB, and SEPERATE PRIVATE STUDIO GYM SPACE.

We have the highest quality BEDDING, LINENS, TOWELS, and MATTRESSES.

The property was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the hosts have a wonderful coffee and tea station with everything one could want- including creamer in the refrigerator! The private backyard garden is lovely. It was also great to sit in the hot tub under the stars. I would highly recommend this property to others staying in Colorado Springs!

Wish I stayed longer!

Just an overnight stay but the house was so beautiful that we wish we had stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. Tons of things to keep kiddos entertained. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Colorado Springs

We enjoyed staying in this wonderful home while visiting my son who goes to college in Colorado Springs. Home is clean and cozy and we enjoyed the outdoor grill and fire pit. Highly recommend!

We loved this super clean house and thought the location was great! Easy check in and check out and hosts were great! Communicated great and very responsive/ available if needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked as well as toiletries if needed. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

Perfection

Easy check in and great one on one communication with owners. They gave us a pizza rec after a long drive in and it was perfect- Leon’s was fantastic. The downstairs basement was a perfect den for teenage boys. Will stay here again!

Great place for family!

This was perfect for our family with cozy living room and great backyard for outdoor eating and games. Nice to have hot tub and workout room too! Our kids loved it! Well stocked kitchen and owners very helpful!

Wonderful house. So clean and well stocked with everything you need. Hosts were so quick with communication and were so helpful - even came and scraped driveway and sidewalk after snow. Hate that it was too cold to enjoy back yard but would be great when warmer.

Ideal Everything!

My family of 5 stayed at Colorado Native during our trip to the Springs and couldn’t have been happier. Chad and Jill have created the perfect home away from home that was family friendly (we weren’t nervous about the kids breaking everything) with very nice touches (high end bedding, shampoo/conditioner and a nice selection of teas). The location was also perfect in a quiet neighborhood that was a short drive from downtown and other places we were visiting. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend for singles or families to stay here!

Cute Colorado Springs house

Beautiful property and perfect location! We had a girls weekend and loved staying here. The backyard area is beautiful and perfect for sitting around the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub. The hosts were so sweet and very communicative with recommendations on what to do near the property. Easy check in/check out. Highly recommend booking your stay at Jill & Chad’s property!

Loved our stay

Our family of four loved our 4 nights at this spacious home. The boys spent hours playing in the fenced in, well equipped backyard and the downstairs hang out room. I enjoyed cooking in the small but clean and well equipped kitchen. There was a large table we could all eat at and play with the provided board games. I also had time to relax in the huge tub and the backyard hot tub. The hosts were very quick to respond. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Vacation Rental

Holiday getaway with our family. Home had everything that you would need and spacious. Family loved the hot tub. We came in the winter, but noticed a nice outdoor covered patio and grilling area perfect for warmer weather. Owners available and responded to any needs we had! Our family enjoyed our time and here!

This place was such a perfect find. Out of all places I have stayed for an VRBO this is the best. Clean clean clean. So cute and so much space for 7 women! Good locations, nice neighborhood. The owners are very sweet and quick on responding. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful family home

Our Thanksgiving stay with our family was so enjoyable. Chad and Jill, the hosts, had thoughtfully left us a small gift bag, cold drinks in the fridge and snacks which were much appreciated before we made our grocery store run. Our grandsons loved the workout room and we all loved the comfortable accommodations. We definitely plan to return!

Great stay in Colorado Springs

My family and I stayed here for a week. It was extremely well maintained, with fresh flowers when we arrived. We loved the back yard the most, it was nice to cook and eat our meals outside. My daughter loved the play house and the other toys available for her. The kitchen was nicely stocked so we could cook some meals at the house. It was a great neighborhood, we took a few walks around to see the area. We also really enjoyed the front porch swing.
