Spacious Luxury and Mountain Views

The home has an open kitchen, dining, and living room area where everyone can hang out. Go downstairs to a smaller living room and tv, a twin bedroom and restroom. From the kitchen you walk up the stairs to a game themed game room with a table that seats 6. There is a queen sized bedroom, a twin bunkbed room, laundry room and restroom. From the entry of the home when you turn left you will go upstairs to the dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Turning right, you will enter the main bedroom area. There is a king sized bed and dresser in the bedroom. There is a large walk in closet and a bathroom with a walk in shower and two sinks. There is a large deck on the back side of the home looking out at the mountains.

Over all a good stay however was disappointed in the large amount of weeds growing in the front yard. The owner was always prompt in replying to questions. Nice open space to stay for a large family. Loved the open kitchen dining and living room area.

Great Location

The house is in a great location. Especially if your going to visit someone who is stationed at Fort Carson like we were. The house had everything that we needed. The host was very quick to respond and was very nice.

The house is in a great location not too far from most things. Great neighborhood quiet and with great views. Could not have asked for a better vacation home for our large family.

We are with a Children’s Home, and we brought 2 of our cottages for vacation. The house was perfect. We had quick responses from the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely home with amazing views of the mountains!

We had a fantastic time at your lovely home. Everyone loved the house. We are all deaf and came here from different states, California, Arizona, Tennessee, Illinois, Utah and New York for our 40th class reunion at the Colorado School for the Deaf. Your house was just perfect for our group because we could all see each other in the open area of the living room, dining room and the kitchen. Our GSD Callie enjoyed our walks up the street to Peaceful Valley road which was nearly a mile and back each morning. The houses here are just amazing. Again thank you so much Trevor and Holly for being wonderful hosts. Doni

Spacious and quiet retreat

My partner and I were traveling with our two dogs to visit family in the nearby Fountain area, overall we had a positive stay. We really appreciated the host working with us to have an early check in!The property has a 2 car garage which was nice to park in during winter weather. Behind the property is open fields with views of mountains in the far distance. We spotted a beautiful coyote twice and lots of different birds. The property is not fenced in, so if you’re traveling with dogs, be mindful of that. The street has a paved sidewalk for dog walking.All bathrooms were stocked with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were all the dishes we needed in kitchen and spices. The property is within 5 mins of a Safeway grocery store, gas stations, restaurants and other amenities.

Lovely View of the Mountains

We enjoyed our stay at this property outside of Colorado Springs. It fit our family perfectly. The deck had a wonderful view of birds, a bunny and mountains.
