This property is great if you're planning on doing the incline. Great location and the free shuttle bus stops directly in front of the motel. The property is dated but clean. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is limited but adequate. The only down side to our stay was that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. We would stay here again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The town was a short walk away and the shuttle stop to Pikes Peak and the Incline was conveniently located just across the street. Me and my family had one of the best experiences with Villa Motel, the room was so freshly smelled, the staff checked us in early, I will definitely return to that place. Also the shuttle to incline, to downtown, stops right in front of the Villa Motel which is very convenient.
