This charming guest house is located in the heart of historic Old Colorado, minutes from downtown, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods State Park and Red Rock Canyon.
We have tried to create an atmosphere of homely tranquility, which includes everyday comforts and everything you need to feel the warm feeling of "home". To do this, we equipped the kitchen and bathroom with everything you need.
A piano, unique décor and a large front yard make this residence especially comfortable.

Everything was very nice. Very clean. Great location for local hiking, going to Pikes Peak. Several restaurants very close. Host was easy and provided all the info we needed. Great for close friends or couple.

Amazing property

Everything was amazing while we where there. A home was being place in one of the neighboring properties. But the crew move the trailer that was blocking the driveway! The home is beautifully set up and the bed super comfortable! We will be booking this property again!!! Thank you for making our trip memorable!!!! We did the zoo and other sites around town! It was beautiful the whole time we were there!

This was by far the most relaxing stay that we have ever had. There is just nothing to report. So much attention to things that matter. Appliances and bathroom, washer and dryer. Commercial microwave, convection/conventional oven. I like to cook and I was able to prepare meals better than a restaurant. There is just too much to list. It is cute and tucked away and the yard. It was what we needed. We were out for medical and my wife needed to stay indoors for 10 days straight. Need I say any more?
