"Soon as we got to the room and used the bathroom, the toilet was clogged and nearly overflowed. Went down to the front desk and asked them to send maintenance up. They said they dont have anyone and gave us a plunger with the promise that we'd bring it right back. There's also no daily maid service. Which sucks if you eat in your room and have garbage or food scraps. Pool was closed but hot tub was nice. Room was good but too hot. 78 when we got there. Set ac to 65 and it took until the next day to get down to 70. Breakfast was the worst. Pancake machine that was empty, they refilled it and it spits out gelatinous blobs of pancake like things. Rest of the breakfast was white rice, some sort of ground meat, some sort of egg looking thing. There was toast and bagels and cereal available. No wonder I saw a lady eating a Wendy's breakfast. Overall the hotel is nice, in a safe area, quiet and was a decent price. I don't get all the 5 star reviews though. Its a solid 3.5 to 4 if you know about it short falls."

"Clean and very accomodating"

"The hotel felt clean, and I woke up with ants in my sheets, on the nightstand and in my shoes on the floor. When I let reception know, they said they would “tell someone” and kind of laughed while smiling at me. They then asked me if I was checking out. I was left feeling like it wasn’t a new report. It was a Saturday check out and the manager had the day off. I will choose other accommodations next time. They were surprisingly hard to photograph."

"The beds were comfy. The breakfast options were great! Having the 24 hour market available after a late flight arrival was so convenient. It's odd that there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom, but luckily the windows in this hotel DO open for a lovely breeze. And, my dogs were welcome without being overpriced or size restrictions. We will definitely be using this as our go to PDX hotel moving forward 🙌"

"The staff was wonderful! Helpful and very attentive. The room service is also quick. The bed was very comfy and the river view great. Is definitely stay here again! "
