Lights in the room didn't all work, hot vs cold water was plumbed in reverse, some stains on bedsheets. But, relatively quiet, extremely cheap option, and easy check in/out. Not far from amenities.

The first room we were given the lights didn't work and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. The second room smelled like so much cleaner over cigarette smoke it was rough as well. The room was set to 85 and took all night to cool off even with freezing temperatures outside. To add to the stay the pillow cases were dirty. There was only one towel which was also visibly soiled. Then there was a loud speaker making announcements all night outside. Think this was the worst hotel I've stayed at in 40 years. In the early 2000s I stayed at a lot of Red Roof Inn through PA and NY and this was not what I remember. It's got the feel of a by the hour motel. But the staff was really kind!

No fire alarm it was removed from the wall with paper towles stuck in the hole, mold in ac unit, empty liquor bottles under bed. I will say the front desk was very efficent and friendly and the room looked mostly clean

We stayed in room 213 at Red Roof Inn in Columbia Missouri. The room felt very neglected and unsafe. The sink faucet leaked on the counter and under the vanity. The vanity was broken and laying under the sink in two pieces. There was an open hole in the wall just feet from the water on the floor with an exposed wire. The bath had hairs in it, so none of us felt safe to use it. The swing lock on the door didn’t have a locking mechanism severely compromising the safety of the room. We encountered bugs, burn holes in sheets and coverlet. Both beds were missing the middle blanket. Only two towels were left for three people staying in a four person room. One hand towel and zero wash clothes. The AC made such a loud noise that we didn’t use it. Room was dirty. I have photos available. Staff was friendly.

My wife Irene and I were traveling through the area on the way home from a business convention. Some people say that if you don't get an expensive hotel room, you don't get a very good experience. That was not the case here. This one is very economical and very comfortable.

I did not stay long. I didnt like that my room did not have working electricity. I did not like that the room had been vandalized ( fictures riped off the walls, holes in the walls, exposed electrical wiring ) before it was offered for my family to stay in. I didnt like the "dead animal" smell that was in the room. I was also not fond of the bugs that inhabited the room i was offered. ( lots of bugs ). However, the receptionist was very polite and profeshional.
