Good location but room not comfortable. Bathroom sliding door and light shining in your face while you are in bed. Tub drain was plugged. AC was located next to bed and blowing on you while sleeping which was extremely uncomfortable and cold but could turn it down or room would be hot.

We always stay here on our way through here. This is probably our 4th our 5th stay. We think the room is perfect for our family. The area seems safe. There are a ton of restaurants nearby. The rooms are always clean.

Front desk was extremely nice however was charged twice since I booked on third party site. Had to switch rooms since the first was not clean. We were not able to get back into our room since the door lock was dead. Somewhat frustrating but the front desk was very nice which made the frustration not as bad

I called prior to booking to ensure the pool was open. I was informed it was, when I arrived a sign was up that it was closed for maintenance. the following morning the sign was down but locked. Called and was i formed it was down for renovation. I would have booked at a different hotel if I was given this information.

Will not stay here again!

For starters, we checked in and they informed us that they didn’t have a 2 queen bed room that we paid for and booked, so they had to put my husband and I and our two teen kids in a king bed room. Then they charged us more money for it saying it was a more expensive room. Everything from entering in the door to the room was filthy!!!! The floors were disgusting, bathroom door in our room broken so it wouldn’t shut all the way. We will NEVER stay here again and I don’t know how anyone has this rated so high.

please be careful and check your bank statement, our card we put on hold was incorrectly charged and wont give us refund. we have called many time and still nothing. customer service is terrible management is even worse

Family tournament stay - two stars

Stayed for youth tournament. Would like to give it a second try because the room was very nice, but it falls short in a lot of categories for such a pricey room. Well laid out and attractive spacious suite, basically clean but missing towels, trash bags and soap when we arrived. Godawful lumpy mattress but decent pillows. Bath curtain too short and water pooled all over the bathroom floor in a permanent unpleasant cold puddle. No bath mat. Had to throw towels down - three layers deep and they were still soaked and squishy. Advertised breakfast at 6:00 am, but it didn't start until 7 on Saturday - we had to skip it to get to the game on time and it was over by the time the game was done. Day staff very friendly and helpful, night staff couldn't be bothered. Also very noisy - family above us had little kids jumping on and off the beds non-stop - sounded like a construction crew over our heads. Normal hallway traffic was not muffled at all.

Highly recommend. Friendly helpful staff, VERY comfy bed and I am picky, Clean. Great breakfast. Nice shower with hot soft water... aahh. We were pulling a trailer... parking was easily accommodated.

Other than the 6:15am fire alarm, which from reviews isn’t the first one, and subsequent smoke from the pool are…It was a clean hotel. I was hoping for an update as to a credit or some form of acknowledgment as to the inconvenience. I couldn’t comment to the breakfast, as like most, we packed our things and left…
