"We loved the property and the staff were helpful, for the most part. I love how clean they were. One staff member the first night didn’t smile, she seemed like she didn’t want to Be there. I asked for a blanket and extra towels and she wrote it down saying someone Would bring it. Nobody brought those items. I knew she could have easily turned around and gotten it herself but she didn’t not was the front desk busy. Next morning, another young lady gave me Those items, turned Around and went into the same space behind the counter to retrieve those items which was something the other girl the night before should have already done because I’m travel a lot, and I know where these items can possibly be located especially if you know you don’t have enough staff to go from Florida floor to fulfill certain request. I’m very reasonable person and I understand that there are short staffing, but you always have to make a Plan B or see to continue to take care of your guest no matter what. At the bar/food my husband waited a while because the girl walked off and didn’t come back, but he was trying to order food and eventually went hungry that evening because he was exhausted from the class that he was taken, so I ended up just having to get a salad something he really didn’t want, but it’s OK but the point is is that they’re probably needs to be a better ordering system for a customers to order via a kiosk."

"My room was not clean when I arrived. There were crumbs on the floor between the bed and the window. Additionally, the base on the floor lamp was coated in dust. When my room was cleaned on Day 2, the cleaning didn't make sense. The toilet seat was up indicating the toilet had been cleaned. However, the towels had not been removed, the bed was not made, and the garbage had not been made."
