→ Bedroom #1 : A King bed in the master suite with an en-suite bathroom for privacy.
The master suite welcomes you first — tucked away for privacy, with a king bed that feels like sleeping on a cloud. As you step inside, the space quiets around you. Soft lighting pools on smooth floors. Here, it’s easy to unwind. Maybe it’s a deep soak in the ensuite bath… maybe it’s just the silence you didn’t realize you needed.
→ Bedroom #2: Two queen beds ideal for groups or families.
The second bedroom, with its two queen beds, is perfect for shared laughter - sisters catching up, teens whispering late into the night, or friends swapping stories under the covers like it’s summer camp all over again. PLEASE NOTE: This room does not have AC. A fan is provided, and the room is fully usable for guests.

The large wooden table, weathered just enough to feel lived in, stretches out, ready to hold whatever you bring to it: steaming platters of home-cooked meals, board games scattered across the surface, the quiet weight of a laptop during a late-night work session.
In the morning, it holds sleepy cups of coffee and bright Georgia sunlight. In the evening, it glows under soft lighting, reflecting smiles, flickers of candlelight, and the clink of glasses raised in laughter.
Just steps from the kitchen, but set apart enough to feel special, this space becomes the soul of your stay — where conversations linger long after plates are cleared, and time has a way of slowing down, just enough.

The blue-felt pool table beckons under vaulted ceilings, with sunlight pouring in and the private pool shimmering just beyond. A vintage-style arcade machine adds a nostalgic twist, while plush seating offers the perfect spot to cheer from the sidelines — or sneak in a nap.
With Roku-enabled 65" Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and space for everyone to sprawl, your time indoors feels just as good as a night out.

Guest access
At the White Hummingbird, you can enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in.

You'll have full access to our home, designed to ensure a private and comfortable experience for you and your guests.

- The entire property is yours to enjoy, with spaces crafted for relaxation and entertainment.

P-arking is hassle-free, with a driveway accommodating 2-3 cars and additional street parking available.

Enjoy your stay, knowing every detail has been arranged for your convenience and pleasure.

One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns.

Other things to note
PARKING: A carport & driveway fits 2–3 vehicles, with additional free street parking. Please park only on the driveway/carport — parking on the grass isn't permitted.

EARLY CHECKIN/ LATE CHECKOUT (when available): Early check-in is $25/hour. Late checkout is $25/hour if requested by 8 PM the day before; requests after that, up to one hour before checkout, are $60/hour.

RESERVATION CHANGES: Shortening a stay or reducing the guest count must be requested at least one week before check-in. Later changes can be refunded at only 50% of the original refund amount.

GUEST REGISTRATION: This property has local compliance requirements including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 pre-authorization hold (not a charge - a pending transaction released after checkout). As an optional alternative to the hold, a non-refundable damage waiver (~$55 for stays up to 10 nights) is available through a third-party provider. It's a quick, app-free, secure website - no account needed - and it also gives you a guest portal with home info and local tips.

LONG TERM STAYS (30+ nights): Bi-weekly cleaning is required at $240 per cleaning, arranged in advance.

OUTSIDE services / vendors: Please disclose any in advance.

SUPPLIES: We provide a starter pack of essentials — toiletries, paper products, and basic cleaning items. For longer stays, guests restock to their own needs.
