There was no TV in the room, it wasn't clean. We brought blankets and pillows to cover the bed. I didn't see any bugs which is the only reason we stayed. Staff was great, easy to work with and pretty funny. I knew it wasn't going to be great by the pictures and reviews but it was booked last minute out of desperation and the place cost 1/3 or less than anything else for the weekend due to the festival so you get what you pay for... The bus stop right out front was really helpful and a huge plus. There was not many outlets in the room and they were used by the 2 lamps, microwave, and mini fridge which worked but the lamps were definitely a fire hazard.

A work-in-progress, but clean, quiet, affordable.

If you are looking for super inexpensive, this is for you. For less than half the price of a downtown hotel, I stayed in a clean, quiet, everything-works motel. The owners are refurbishing a motel evidently closed for many years; big parts of it are not open and are under construction. Has long term tenants who work construction in the area, it seems. So if working class neighborhood works for you and your budget is tight, my room came with free WiFi, fridge, microwave, TV screen. Free coffee in the morning. I'd stay there again.

Place was terrible room didn’t even have pillows, people who stayed next door screaming and arguing all night and nothing was done, place is nothing how it looks on pictures. Place looked like a prostitution site.

I had a full size fridge but it looked like it was from a yard sale. Old, dirty and rusted. Didn’t use. The bed might as well been crates completely uncomfortable. The entire place is extremely outdated. Needs a serious upgrade. Lobby had a live in cat and the main door stayed locked. Had to talk thru a safety glass. Only good thing was I got my incidentals deposit back before I had even left the lobby.

Roaches all over the room. I didn’t even stay the full night after one crawled on me. I drove home on 2 hours of sleep after a music festival. The staff was great, the owner has a great personality but the rooms were atrocious.

We had a leaky faucet, a nasty toilet toilet paper roll under the bed nasty used tissues in the tissue box. This place overall not the greatest for the price and wouldn’t recommend it . Also what they don’t tell u is after the price u have to pay for just the hotel u have to make another 40$ refundable deposit for incase you destroy the room or wtv and if u want to check in earlier then 3pm u have to pay a check in early fee and it’s 10$ an hour
