"Staff was wonderful; however, the facility itself was poor. Shower did not work- I stood there wetting a washcloth with the water coming out of the spigot. Outside was homeless people homes ( sleeping bags) in the parking lot. Room had the “smell” that comes from age and deterioration. The staff was kind and helpful, so this in no way reflects on them. But it was just kind of cringe. "

"Only 1 guy working when we checked in & after we got to the room the tv remote or tv wasn’t working properly. Couldn’t change any channel, couldn’t access the tv guide, called front desk & the guy said he’d be up to look at it after he checked some people in - never showed. LOTS of kids in the motel that night so the hallways were Loud till after 10pm & heard kids in hallway as early as 7am. Bathroom floor hadn’t been swept as there was dirt & crumbs on floor.
