We needed a place to stay downtown that was close to Nationwide Children's Hospital for my two year old son as we are from out of state. We typically like suites and this two bedroom apartment more than fit the bill for a cheaper price than most hotel chains. We were very comfortable here and will stay again if available. Our only gripe was the god awful clanging racket on Friday morning when they wheel out the garbage dumpsters, empty them, then wheel them back. It is about ten minutes of metal doors slamming on metal right next to you. Loud is an understatement! In a way it was good because it woke us up early and we were able to get on the road at an earlier hour than planned. Honestly, I don't really see how this can be helped other than telling the trash collector not to come in the morning hours, but how realistic is that! Overall, good place to stay at a good price in a good location. Will definitely stay again.

Good location.
Initially loved the idea of the how the rooms were set up and the location. Nice updated furniture. The sheets were dirty. There were hairs and stains. We ended up pre cleaning everything. The furniture was also somewhat dusty and the room altogether seemed smaller than the square feet quoted. Was supposed to be about 1200 square feet with two queen beds. Just didnt get the wow factor expected for the price or that perfectly clean feeling. Overall nice apartment and good loacation.
Spring break trip with children in Columbus. Two bedroom/2 bath apartment was perfect for family travel. Kitchen/living area a bonus!! Nice gym facility, indoor heated parking a big plus. Walkable area. Hope to stay again.
Construction on a nearby building starts early and is quite loud. That’s the only real down side.
The only demerits are fairly minor: no shelf in master bath shower to place soap, etc. upon; no maid service on second day, so no coffee cartridge replacement, etc.
The rooms were wonderful. Plenty of space, very nicely furnished and appointed. The outside courtyards make for a lovely view.
I have to especially compliment the staff. We had a problem with the code to the lockbox upon arrival. Apparently, the code was entered incorrectly upon the e-mailed instructions we received. One phone call and we had the correct code in a minute. They were very apologetic and efficient. The other issue involved some personal property that we had forgotten in the room when we checked out. The staff arranged to deliver the property to my daughter's home nearby. Again, they could not have been more helpful and considerate.
We greatly enjoyed the accommodations and will return.
Everything about Bridgestreet was excellent! It was roomy and well-furnished. All of the staff were personable and went out of their way to be helpful. This was in the same price range as some other downtown Columbus hotels, and we got so much more!
I was in town for a couple of meetings at the State Capitol, which I tend to dread as I do so around the country. I dread this adventure for the following reasons. 1) Downtown hotels are expensive, so sometimes I am forced to stay outside of the city. 2) The morning drive into the city is horrendous. 3) Parking is difficult and expensive, adding yet another cost.
With this stay, all above problems were solved. I had and inexpensive downtown stay only two blocks from the State Capitol and I had my very own garage parking space at no extra charge. Additionally, the room was very clean and comfortable with great TV and high-speed wifi connection. And the full kitchen was an added bonus. I only wish I had stayed the entire week. If I ever need to travel to Columbus OH again I certainly hope that this property is available.
Given that these accommodations are really just suites within a condominium building, I was initially a bit worried about figuring out how to check in, find parking, check out, etc. Thankfully, Bridgestreet at LC Riversouth sent me very clear instructions, and none of that was a problem. The apartment I stayed in was huge, comfortably furnished, and a great place to stay while on a week-long work trip. It was also centrally located, but tucked away on a quiet street such that noise wasn't an issue.
