• This studio is part of a multi-unit building with neighboring guest accommodations.

• The outdoor courtyard and laundry facilities are communal, and you may encounter other guests in shared areas or walkways.



EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

For guest safety and property security, three exterior Ring cameras are installed:

Camera 1: Mounted overlooking the building courtyard, monitoring walkways leading to the units and a portion of the street.

Camera 2: Mounted on the left-side corner of the building, monitoring the walkways leading to the units and a portion of the street.

Camera 3: Mounted on the right-side corner of the building, monitoring the walkways leading to the units and a portion of the street.

There are no interior cameras.
