Front desk was away for a while at checkin. Room was great and shower was wonderful. The Internet was out all three days so no TV service or WiFi. Coffee could be upgraded. The room was wonderful. AC worked great and that shower had hot water and good pressure. The cleaning ladies and morning front desk were very nice. I was hoping for a little discount or something for no Wi-Fi but nothing. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but had good crowd.

Welcoming with free beer at check-in. Rooms were nice with well made sturdy furniture and decor that reduces wear and tear. Evening treat of homemade cookies was nice, but saw no evidence of stout. Breakfast was nice with hot fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, hash browns, French toast sticks, various cereals, bagel choices, orange and cranberry juices. Internet was an use issue that staff was aware of, but cable company been working on it for a week.

A great place staff was amazing free breakfast room was clean and if you wanna get out of the hustle and bustle of the taproom, they have a bar right there in the hotel, which was perfect for an night cap. They also served fresh baked cookies and a beer between 7 and 9 PM.

First time staying here & will be back! Super cool, brewery themed hotel with every fun touch you can imagine. Very comfortable , clean big spacious room for my husband, doggie and I. Attached brewery/ restaurant served uo some great food & beers! Dog park for the poocjlhie right on premises! Perfect, relaxing stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely return. The room was excellent: modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The property itself was well-maintained and provided a great experience. The only downside seemed to be the hotel advertised a stout and cookie offering at 7:00 PM, but unfortunately they didn't have any stout and the employee said they hadn't had it for weeks. They also promoted a breakfast buffet, but the cook did not show up that morning, so the buffet was unavailable. Instead, breakfast was limited to bagels, cereal, and yogurt. While these disappointments were noticeable, the staff did their best with the circumstances. Staffing challenges seem to be affecting many businesses these days, and this hotel is clearly not exempt. Despite those issues, the quality of the room and our overall experience were positive, and we would happily stay here again.

This is my third visit to Brew Dog. As always it was a great place to stay overnight with my dog. The room and grounds are perfect for pets. The rooms are a bit run down - not as clean as they used to be. They are no longer stocked with amenities. There is a coffee maker and that's it. As always the staff is friendly and helpful but there aren't as many workers. From food service, to front desk, to room care too few people seemed to be expected to do too much.

We were highly disappointed with our stay. We have been here before a few years ago and you can tell they have not maintained the property. Our room door would not close properly, we were told “oh yeah we knew, I thought we fixed it”…shower beers fridge broken…just put them in the mini fridge…charging station wasn’t plugged in jerryrigged with black electrical tape…WiFi didn’t work, a shoulder shrug was given for that as well. A/C unit did not cool, had a nonstop clicking noise. We enjoy breweries and this was our 25th wedding anniversary, very disappointed. On checkout employee said they would contact us about giving us a discount on our next stay (we frequent the area) it’s been 24hours and no contact. Really is a disappointment, the first time we came here the vibe was impeccable, now it’s unfriendly and lack luster. Felt like it was on the verge of closing up shop. At least the other guests and their dogs were friendly.

I liked that it was within a brewery. They had good beer. The whole establishment was fairly clean and the workers were nice. We had 2 rooms in our group and in both rooms the tv was not working properly. Our room we were originally given had issues with the door. After awhile of waiting we were given a new room which also had an issue with the door but not as bad. The shower fridge was not operational in either room that we were given which the shower fridge is part of the attraction to the hotel. The room the other people in our group were in did have a working shower fridge. We were given an ice bucket but there was no visible ice machine. There was confusion with the information for the restaurant bar hours and what time it closed.

Entire stay from checkin beers to free breakfast at checkout was excellent. Pet friendly, great atmosphere all around. Rooms were better than some 4star hotels. Love all the extras like an actual record player, shower beer cooler, neon light above the bed. So many details loved the visit.
