Noone there for us to check in. Called at least 10 times throughout the day, no one answered or returned call .Absolutely absurd. Had to find a differnt hotel
Service was great, room wasn't ready when arrived and it was well after 3pm est once i got into the room wife found the shower was nasty. All this after hotels.com screwed up and coated us money. Add a big inconvenience to that as well.
When I got there for check in they told me that they didn’t have any rooms left because there was an outage. Told me I would get a refund even tho it said it’s nun refundable. Told me to wait for a email to get my refund and cancel but haven’t received it yet so I’m wondering if I even will get my refund
I came late for check in and missed read the instructions and didn’t even get to stay. No help was offered. When I came in the following day to check in I was told they put my reservation as a no show and I could no longer check in even though I still had another night booked. I have called the third party to settle the matter but nothing has been resolved. Let alone the property don’t even pick their phone up.
