We came here after booking a hotel that we didn’t feel comfortable staying at. This hotel made us feel very comfortable.front desk was nice. The breakfast was excellent and the area had lots of convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Felt very comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot and we had a great experience. Staying here made us want to visit Columbus and stay here again!

The room was very clean with extra towels as well as towels and tissue provided when asked for. Loved that the shower and toilet was separated from the sink, it made getting ready so much simpler for 3+ people. It would be nice to have another table and chair since the room was so spacious but the standing food tray was a good addition. The breakfast was made good every time with a waffle making station that you could make your own 1 large or 4 minis. The staff was super nice even when my room card couldn't let me in through the alternate entrances, they gave me another set.

What a nice hotel for our three-night stay! The staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms are nice, the entire property was really nice, actually. Close to many stores, walking distance to several for groceries and other items. We used the pool and breakfast was great each morning. We left at 4:30am to head back to Georgia and they had a little to go bag with water, a bagel, apple, jelly, peanut butter and cream cheese. I thought this was the nicest touch and we loved that. We will definitely stay again, thank you so much for making our visit so nice.

This hotel had great location, right off the expressway. The physical hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was a good size. There were plenty of outlets and USB ports to charge. And the shower had good water pressure. The bed was a little squeaky and firm for my taste (minor gripe). The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have come across in awhile. For hot food they had pre-made cheese omelettes, sausage patties, and potatoes. They also had a waffle making station that had a choice of normal or pumpkin flavored batter. I was impressed. I wish I could give this hotel 5-stars, but the interaction with staff just brought my stay down. The evening front desk staff I checked in with was slow and did not seem to care about her job. The staff in general seemed to view their guests as inconveniences.
