it's called micro for a reason. the rooms are very small and have been updated to only have minimal shelves and hooks so storage is a problem. the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The air conditioning didn't seem to work quite right but overall the stay was adequate and while 3 nights were a bit much for the small space I'd stay again

Everything was so clean, however, Royal, the front desk clerk.. she was just amazing!! She was so kind! We were a late night check in staying the night on our way to Charleston. Royal just made our stop through extra perfect! She was so accommodating and personable! Give this woman a raise! She knows how to make a girl feel safe and taken care of. If we ever need to stop and stay in Columbus again, I will be making sure we stay here. Very pleased for the extra affordable price we paid. And the bed comfort wasn’t too bad either!

Not sure how this hotel has such great reviews. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant. However, our room had a weird smell. When we walked in, the laminate hard wood floor had air underneath it. We took showers and as we were walking around the bathroom and the tile in front of the door, the smell got stronger. Then we realized, it was pet urine. The urine had started to pop the tiles up. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was impressive. However, the state of the room was so bad that we couldn’t see the good things. I generally don’t write reviews but this was so bad that I felt the need to let you all know.
