Close enough to enjoy everything on High Street but just far enough to enjoy the neighborhood feel of Victorian Village! Less than a mile from OSU Campus, less than a mile north from the Columbus Convention Center, and 1/4 mile from all of the best bars.
For your safety, please note that we have a security cameras on the property. It is positioned at the back entrance, providing a clear view of the backyard.

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. The only non-indigenous to Ohio stone used is Indiana Limestone to build the front steps. It was chosen because of its high concentration of embedded fossils. The bell tower was dedicated in 1915 and contains 25,000 pounds of bells that can be heard regularly tolling across campus. Encircling the top of the tower are 24 columns with gargoyle-like figures which are restorations of fossil animals.

Perfect location and amazing amenities.

We were in town for an event at the convention center and this was perfect walking distance. So many food options and coffee shops a few minutes away. After the event this was perfect for relaxing and had activities for the family to stay busy. 10/10!!

Perfect Buckeye weekend

This was the perfect place for a family weekend trip to watch the Ohio State Buckeyes! Great amenities, convenient location, quiet neighborhood. Even the dogs enjoyed it!

Better than expected!

I went into this stay with high expectations, and I was still blown away! The property is even nicer than pictured, and the location is IDEAL. Hosts were WONDERFUL and very communicative. Lots of little touches that made it an exemplary stay.

Great little spot

Perfect location to get essentially anywhere in the city easy to walk or scooter. Ubers came right to the front door comfortable beds, quality furniture, great hosts.

Gameday Hideaway

My group stayed here for the OSU and TN game. Its location for games is nice. We walked from the house. Its old and creaky but was good for our needs. Nice sauna and hottub. Youtube tv and internetinternwrt worked great.

This property was absolutely perfect for my family! My 3 kids loved it and thought it was the coolest! You cant beat the amenities that the condo provides! The living room had a very warm and cozy vibe!

The perfect Columbus location.

This property was exactly what we were looking for for our weekend trip to Columbus. It is located a short walk from tons of great bars and restaurants, and it is only a short Uber ride to OSU or downtown. The amenities of the property were great (hot tub, and sauna.) The neighborhood was very nice and the price was reasonable. This is the perfect place to stay if you are headed to the area!

Great spot

This home is in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance of basically everything. The house is cozy for 5 men, but it served my band and me very well. We appreciated the hot tub and the comfortable couches!

Enjoyed my stay here.

I play pool a lot, and the pool table was a pretty high quality. I really enjoyed the sauna after a long days at work it helped a lot. If I was to give a critique, the only thing I would say is the couches are electric, but they don’t work so they’re slightly uncomfortable definitely not a dealbreaker though

Perfect place to unwind

Property was exactly as advertised. Sauna and Hot tub are awesome, enjoyed so much I bought sauna for my home. Man cave Location is prime, but neighborhood is quiet enough to feel like you're miles away from metro area. Have already booked again for next time we're in C-Bus.

NCTE Conference Stay

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would! Everything was perfect and exactly the way it was described. Check in/check out was very simple. This place was the PERFECT location for our trip. Very close to everything in Short North and the Convention Center. Will definitely be coming back to this property!

Guys Weekend Hangout

Staying here was awesome overall, but I have to specifically highlight the darts and pool table and the location. Any time we were at the house there was a simultaneous pool game and darts game going on. So much so that we didn't really play the board games that we brought. We also walked to High Street, the bars and the North Market. The location was perfect to get there easily, without needing to deal with cars and parking and everything. 10/10 stay!

If traveling with small kids read

My husband and I traveled from VA with our 3yr and 1yr old to see the solar eclipse. To start, this was THE creakiest house I have ever stayed in whilst trying to put kids to bed. Lol We got lucky and ended up ‘accidentally’ bringing 3 baby gates for our two small children, and boy were we glad we did! It was the only thing that kept them off of the double stair cases. If you have small children that you want to keep off of the stairs, or don’t want to keep awake with creaky steps outside of the doors, you may want to reconsider or atleast be prepared. If you do decide to stay here, bring toddler utensils, there was only one spoon. I did see a bassinet available in the closet, so that was a plus! In the little time we spent in the home, it had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained. It did give off bachelor/bachelorette/anniversary stay vibes though. There was still an ant issue in the kitchen as well. Another downfall was that my husband stepped in dog poop outback that was left from a previous guest. Overall though, the beds were super comfortable, and the house was very well centralized. Lastly, and worth mentioning, thank you for the hosts recommendation for the Italian food place nearby (Marcela’s) it was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Seriously some of the best Italian I’ve had, and it was delivered so quickly! Thanks for the stay!

Perfect house. Would suggest curtain in the bedroom with 2 beds - pretty bright in the mornings. All communication was fast and friendly. Easy access to many things. Great neighborhood.
